Loved this property. It was very convenient to everything while also far enough out of town where we could enjoy the quiet. The host was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. I have saved this property and will definitely book again when we are back in the area.

This house was perfect, located just 10 minutes from Sevierville convention center, out of the touristy area, in a safe and nice neighborhood area. The house had everything we needed and was very clean.Will definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect stay. Clean, nice layout and use of space, quick and clear communication, easy check-in. Perfect for mom and dad and our two kids who each brought a friend. We could all get together in the common space when we wanted, and then break out into our own spaces when we wanted.

The host was very welcoming. Everything was clean, the bed we stayed in upstairs was very comfortable. There was a good selection of cooking items. I would recommend staying here.

Our family enjoyed our annual vacation here this year. The description was very good and met all our needs. We would definitely stay here again. We were close to all the entertainment and places to eat.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The home was very clean and spacious, and Brendon was very accommodating and quick to respond to our messages. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Relaxing Stay

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Gray’s Landing. The townhome was spotless with great amenities and great location. We would certainly visit again.

This is the second time I have stayed at this house and love it. It is always really clean, worth the money, and just lovely, peaceful. Had a minor issue with the toilet flushing, that is the only reason I did not give a five, on cleanliness, but it deserves the best rating I just didn't know how else to classify it. I would live in this home. The owners are so nice. They are typically really good to communicate with and respond quickly should you need to reach them. If you can get it, GET IT! A!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The house is EXTREMELY clean. Perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved that the master was downstairs and other two bedrooms were upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great location!

This property is in a great location and convenient to Dollywood and other attractions. We loved it and will stay again. The pictures online show how beautiful the place is. We were all pleased with this property.
