* Bedroom #1 (Main Level): Peaceful bedroom with Queen-sized bed & smart TV. Access to full bathroom with walk-in shower. The bedroom also has access to the deck.
* Bedroom #2 (Loft): Peaceful open loft with bunk beds and full-sized murphy bed. This area also has a Smart TV and arcade games. There is a full bathroom with shower-tub combo.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
* There is a strict no-smoking and strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
