Welcome to your dream getaway in this spectacular oceanfront penthouse condo, one of only two in the legendary Regal Beach Club. The highlight is the exclusive, supersized private patio with sun beds and a dining table, offering breathtaking, 180-degree views of the iconic Seven Mile Beach.



Inside, high vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere. Every room, including all bedrooms, offers an uninterrupted ocean view.

As these variations are influenced by weather patterns, we cannot guarantee the availability or size of the beach at all times. If beach conditions are not optimal, you can enjoy comfortable lounge chairs around the pool area. No refunds will be provided for issues related to beach conditions.

* Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests secure their reservations with Travel/Trip/Cancellation Insurance. Guests are responsible for selecting and purchasing their own policies.

* Maid Service: Daily maid service is not included. However, we are happy to arrange this service for an additional charge upon request.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The sunset view from the enormous balcony was breathtaking. The location is perfect. The unit was clean and perfect for our family of 5. In fact, the kids could have each brought a friend and it would have been awesome. Key highlights: that view location is great, walkable restaurants, walkable to Camana Bay, right on the beach unit was clean and well equipped My only regret is that we don’t stay longer. We’ve stayed at Grand Cayman hotels/resorts in the past and this unit compared to getting multiple rooms at a hotel makes so much sense from a and comfort perspective. Carol (host) quickly responded to all of our questions as well. Top notch host.

Great vacation spot! Quiet oasis!

Great property to stay! The view was spectacular! Very quiet at this resort. The only thing that I would change was the coffee pot. The pot didn’t match the make so the coffee didn’t stay hot. We had to microwave the coffee to make it warmer. Would recommend this place for others. Thanks for the stay!

My husband and I, together with 3 of our adult kids enjoyed a fantastic week. The view was breathtaking and exceeded expectations. We enjoyed morning coffee and dinners on the patio. Relieved to just settle into a week without having to drive anywhere. We also appreciated the accessibility from and to the airport. The condo was so well stocked and groceries assessable by foot. We ate most of our lunches and breakfasts in which we love. The kids loved their few days of scuba diving. It truly was an amazing week. Thank you Carol.

The property is conveniently located on 7-mile beach close to where you want to be. The terrace is the highlight overlooking crystal clear water. While the property has good qualities, it could benefit from more attention to the smaller details the enhance a getaway experience.

Awesome Place to Stay

The penthouse layout was perfect and clean. 3 bed/2 bath with a nice living area and a crazy nice patio/balcony overlooking 7-mile beach. We enjoyed eating out, but we cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There were lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The beach in front of the Regal Beach Club was just fine. It wasn't as wide as it was several years ago, but the beach right next door at the Marriott was completely gone. We definitely would book this place again!!!

The view was amazing. Nice floor plan with plenty of space and large outdoor space overlooking the sea. Only negative was the fact that the beach in front of the complex has been eroded to the point that it no longer exists.
