    TRANSPORTATION

    • A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

We had a fabulous stay here in condo #8! It was everything we needed and wanted. The listing was exactly as described! The sunsets from the balcony were our absolute favorite! We plan to visit and stay here again! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet area for there family to stay.

Beautiful views

The location was perfect for what we wanted-a quiet beachfront stay. The view from the condo is spectacular. The lanai was a great spot to sip coffee in the morning and watch sunsets in the evening! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Our group was 4 adults and we had plenty of space.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This spot was perfect for my husband, two kids in college and me. The condo was well appointed and had all the essentials- including beach towels and chairs - for us to enjoy the best of the beach. We brought our own snorkeling gear and saw a variety of fish at the ship wreck right off shore including a Morrey Eel! This place is walking distance to grocery store, The Wharf restaurant ( great place) and the liquor store. Loved this place and hope to return again in the future!

Our stay was our best honeymoon yet, and we travel a lot!! The best part was the million dollar view!! Location is great. Its tucked away from plenty of the ongoing noise both from Georgetown and the resorts on the Seven Mile Beach. Trees provide some shade to the patio which can difficult to get a breeze on. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. It never felt cramped or small with three adults. The beds could probably be replaced, as they're sinking pretty bad in the middle. But overall pretty minimal to a great place to call home for a little bit.

Absolute paradise perfection!! This second floor condo had plenty of room for our family of 4 (15 & 17yo). 60 second walk to beach past a clean and well cared for pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Nothing crazy fancy, but perfect for a genuine island feel. Location: on the quieter side with lots of space. Walkable to grocery, liquor stores etc., but took cabs/bus to main 7 mile resorts/restaurants. Snorkeling right outside our door. Unit: Wonderfully updated, clean, has every amenity and kitchen tool, dish & glassware you would ever need! Open floor plan and large, comfortable patio with plenty of seating. Ocean view only obstructed by perfectly placed palms that shaded the space. Hosts: Extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Answered all our questions promptly, left us welcome snacks and we truly felt like their guests.If we are lucky enough to return to the Cayman Islands, we 100% will stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful

This property was absolutely lovely. We found the condo extremely clean and well equipped. The view was spectacular! The beach was amazing! It felt like we were on a private beach. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. This is a PERFECT place for families. Had to reach out to Don and his response time was like no other, within minutes he got back to me. Had a wonderful, wonderful stay.

Amazing Condo

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo and it was equally amazing as the first time 3 yrs ago. Sue was very responsive to emails with an immediate response. The location is perfect! Walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores 5 min away and very close to many activities. I will definitely be back!!

Little gem!

Cocoplum is a little gem! The condo is cute and updated and clean! Lots of space and all the supplies (cooler, towels, kitchen, etc.) we needed! The pool and grounds were lovely, quiet, and private. The beach was fun for snorkeling with a small shipwreck close by and lots of rocks for finding critters. We rented a car so getting to the other beaches was easy, but my kids didn’t want to leave Cocoplum!

Perfect- relaxing private condo

Beautiful view from the second floor of the condo building, snorkelled every day at the shipwreck, watched the sun set, walked to dinners (seafood, Thai, jerk all excellent). Beach is very private and quiet…really awesome week, exactly as billed! As mentioned in other posts, this is at the very south end of 7mile beach and the narrow beach /seawall does not allow for long walks on the beach. Water shoes on the beach are a must since the island is a coral reef
