Holiday Rental in Sète: Studio-cabin of approximately 19 m2 of living space with glazed loggia of 5m2 (convertible sofa and sideboard) overlooking the canal and the boats. Its orientation is South. It is located on the 2nd floor). The beaches are 600 m away and shops are nearby. The cabin area is in the entrance with cupboard and wardrobe. Then, there is the living room, consisting of a kitchen area (with 2 hotplates, fridge, microwave), a double sofa bed and television. The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink. Separate WC. Pets not allowed. The apartment has a garage numbered 20 (dimensions L 4.99m x W 2.50m x H 1.90m; for small vehicles). Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.)
OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries.
