  • Welcome to the Casa al Sargente. Our commitment is to make you feel at home.
    The Loggia is a sqm apartment. 53 comprises entrance hall, living room with kitchenette (equipped with hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher), one double bedroom, one with single bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside, under a veranda, it has a table with chairs.
    The apartment has, in common with the other guests, a swimming pool of m. 10 x 5, parking, a room with washing machine and iron, barbecue.
    The Loggia is built in an old villa of the '600, recently restored, set in a panoramic hilly position (200 m / s). Distance: 5 Km from Pistoia (where you will find supermarkets, shops of all kinds, restaurants, pharmacy and railway station); 35 km from Florence (Vespucci airport), 45 Km from Lucca and 70 Km from Pisa (Galilei airport).
    It is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday: enjoying the swimming pool immersed in the green of our unmistakable Tuscan countryside, walks in the surroundings, or going to the thermal baths (Grotta Giusti or Montecatini Terme). It is also the ideal place for a cultural holiday: less than an hour's drive you can reach the main art cities of Tuscany: Pistoia, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Arezzo. For lovers of good food, remember the excellent restaurants in the area and the cellars where you can enjoy and buy Tuscan wines: Chianti, Brunello, Morellino, Montecarlo. For the youngest, let's remember that we are close to Collodi (the village of Pinocchio) and to the zoo in Pistoia. For all: in one hour we can reach the beaches of Versilia.

Très bien

Il faut savoir que la route est étroite pour rejoindre le logement environ 3 km. Le logement possède les équipements de base. Il manquerai une télé et un micro-onde (biberon du petit). La climatisation est très appréciable.

Beautiful country holidays

We stayed one week in this beautiful Apartment which is one of 4 in the total villa. Nice country view from the kitchen/ living room and another two bedrooms with 1 double and one single bed.Typical Tuscany moebles and kitchen. Only the entrance is difficult to enter with two steps. Air conditioned bedrooms with extra charge (10€/day) what is a must in July with constant 36 degrees. Friendly hosts (Italian/Swiss). The usual Morning dog barking at 6 was a little bit annoying. Nice pool as usual depending from the other guests (children/teens) Many cities around (Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Florence) Overall a good stay. Recommended!

The pool is nothing but for show. The water has no heater and no one else is there. The woman was rude and impossible. There was no heat and she refused to turn it on. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. When I asked for heat she told me to go somewhere else so I booked a hotel instead. She should not be renting anything and Shame on VRBO for not vetting these people. The road there was as dangerous as they come. Tiny lane for two way traffic and many sharp curves. AWFUL PLACE!!!!!!!

Ferienwohnung in einem wunderschönen Anwesen

Wir haben 12 sehr schöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft genießen dürfen. Die Gastgeber Agatha und Marco sind sehr nett und das ganze Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Wir haben damit auf jeden Fall die richtige Wahl getroffen.

Sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit tollem Pool und wunderbarer Aussicht! Ruhig und abseits gelegen!

Das Anwesen bietet vier Appartements, viel Ruhe, Klimaanlage und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight mit wunderschönem Blick ins Tal. Die Anfahrt ist eng und steil, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Die Vermieter wohnen auch auf dem Anwesen und reagieren sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen. Florenz, Lucca und Pisa sind gut zu erreichen, man braucht allerdings zwingend ein Auto (zumindest bis zum Bahnhof nach Pistoia). Wir hatten zwei großartige Wochen und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.

Ideale Entspannung und Ruhe

Sehr abseits, ruhig, mit vielen Olivenbäumen umgebenes und Aussicht bis nach Florenz gelegenes Objekt. Typisch toskanisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr schöne Poolanlage und Anwesen, alle sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nette Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Für uns war das der ideale Urlaub zum Entspannen sowie viel Kultur in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würde ich’s nicht empfehlen, es ist sehr abseits gelegen und der Pool nichts für Nichtschwimmer. Idealer Pärchenurlaub bzw. mit jugendlichen Kindern, die gern sich Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen. Danke Agatha und Marco für eure Gastfreundlichkeit !

Agatha & Marco were great hosts and very helpful in printing some forms and tickets for us. Also gave us a sample of their homemade wine and olive oil. Great stay and not very far from Pistoia, (stores, restaurants, church and train to Florence)

Great place, super location!

What a lovely, clean and super located stay! Located in the beautiful hills of Tuscany, with the most beautiful Italian cities around you! Great to combine culture (in the morning) with relaxation in the sun by the pool (in the afternoon). Really pleasant hosts! Would definitely recommend!

Absolut traumhaft!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dem tollen Appartement genossen. Bei der anlage, in der 4 Ferienwohnungen untergebracht sind, handelt es sich um eine Villa aus dem 17. Jh. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Pool, die Sauberkeit und umfangreiche Ausstattung der Wohnung - besonders in der Küche war alles zu finden, was man brauchte (sogar selbstgemachter Wein der Vermieter als Geschenk :-). Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, denn man hat einen Blick auf Pistoia und die Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Absolute Empfehlung für einen Traumurlaub in der Toskana!

Traumhafte Aussicht und total nette Gastgeber. Haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt!!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, da wir im Stau standen und später am Abend ankamen, wollten uns die Gastgeber sogar Abendessen machen. Da wir aber schon Eingekauft hatten, haben wir uns selbst verkostet. Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnungen haben sie vor Ort. Insgesamt 4 Wohneinheiten. Am Pool hat jede Wohneinheit seinen eigenen Bereich mit liegen und Sonnenschirm. Vom Pool oder aus der Ferienwohnung, hat man einen Traumhaften Blick bis hin zur Kathedrale von Florenz. Die herzlichen Gastgeber produzieren selber Olivenöl. Muss man unbedingt probiert haben und für zuhause kaufen und mitnehmen. Haben nie ein besseres Olivenöl verkostet und das obwohl wir vor 4 Jahren schon mal in der Toskana waren :) die Gastgeber sprechen italienisch, französisch, englisch, deutsch und schweizerisch. Sollte also eigentlich für jeden eine passende Sprache dabei sein :) wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder…können wir sehr empfehlen!!!
