    La casa dúplex blanca contemporánea N2 (casa entera renovada) ofrece elegancia y confort modernos para viajeros exigentes de vacaciones. La casa ubicada en el centro de la ciudad tarda 5 minutos en llegar a la estación de metro de Seúl. Toda la casa ha sido renovada exquisitamente con la brillante e ingeniosa facilidad del ambiente NewYorker y el toque de los detalles coreanos. La casa consta de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos, una cocina totalmente equipada con una deliciosa mesa de comedor de mármol, un entrepiso y un área de sofá junto a la ventana que da a la calle principal hacia la estación de Seúl.

    La casa contemporánea blanca N2, dúplex recientemente renovado cerca de la estación de Seúl, ofrece elegancia y confort modernos para los viajeros más exigentes. Toda la casa ha sido renovada con la brillante y artística facilidad del ambiente neoyorquino y el toque de la estética coreana.

    N2 se originó en la primera casa Nook (Auténtica pero moderna experiencia N) que ganó el premio de arquitectura 2016 y 2015 Beautiful house de Seoul City Major; ofrece menos características auténticas pero definitivamente una estancia más alegre para grupos más grandes de invitados.

    La casa cuenta con 2 pisos más un entrepiso con vista al comedor en el segundo piso (¡la joya de N2!). Cada piso tiene su propio baño y ducha (2 baños en total) para la comodidad de los huéspedes.

    El espacio y las comodidades tienen capacidad para cuatro huéspedes cómodamente y hasta ocho huéspedes cuando sea necesario. ¡Te encantará tu estancia en N2!

    El comedor principal es el corazón de la casa. Ubicado en la apertura del segundo piso con su espectacular techo de 5 metros de altura. Cuenta con 2. mesa de comedor de mármol de 4 metros con cocina abierta totalmente equipada, lámpara de espejo Kartell, patineta Andy Warhol y espejo rosa de Kartell y una terraza. El segundo piso es donde puedes pasar una mañana leyendo junto al sofá junto a una pared de ventana gastada con vista a la estación de Seúl o cenar & amp; vino después de un largo recorrido por Seúl en el comedor.

    El primer piso, el dormitorio principal ofrece una cama king size con 50 televisores. La habitación de huéspedes cuenta con dos camas súper individuales, ambas habitaciones consisten en techos altos de madera expuestos románticamente, que se conservaron durante 80 años cuando se construyó por primera vez. También disponible para su conveniencia, lavadora / secadora cerca del inodoro separado y el baño con ducha.

This is our 3rd time staying here and again it met all our expectations. Backing Namsan park and being able to be in nature and exercise while in Seoul always helps the adjustment and decompressing from all the hustle and bustle. There is always something fun going on at the tower too. We hiked the stairs almost every day and the new Forest trail is gorgeous! Catching a cab is always easy and walking to Seoul station for train and subway access is ideal. Also all the restaurants on this street are incredible and Namdaemund market is forever my favorite. Doesn’t get better than here!

Excellent host. Communication was great. Everything that didn’t work or broken prior our stay was fixed right away. The only semi negative comment is that the bedroom downstairs where my wife and I stayed was musty and really couldn’t open the window because of sewage smell. The room was fine except for the mustiness. The rest of the house was great

We loved the Soul Station N2 for our family of 4. Such a great location for getting around the city. Clean, Well Designed & the host was lovely and responsive. You can walk down the hill to get to Namsan Markets or up to Seoul Tower easily.

Host was great! Sunny was very helpful. From food suggestions to questions about the house. Instructions are very clear. The location is great! It's a great central base to see Seoul via public transport. The kitchen has all u need to cook a meal, but the food in Korea is so good we only cooked once during our 6 night stay.

Seoul Stay

Sunny was a great host - quickly responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked, the two bathrooms were clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in Seoul.

Wonderful location for sightseeing - right next to Seoul tower and Seoul central station. The flat is wonderful, great to have the 2 bathrooms and toilets for a family of 4: and we loved the option of cooking at home in the kitchen when needed. A quirky, stylish and modern set up, we felt right at home. And sunny was wonderful, quick to reply, very welcoming and helped us with taxi’s from the airport. We loved our stay and would happily return in future to a fantastic city!

Excellent house and great location

Very spacious accommodations with everything you need. Our family of 4 enjoyed it very much. Plenty of great places for coffee and good food. A few blocks up the hill from the Seoul Station.

Great Location

Really enjoyed the stay at N2 for the week. Such a great location! Close to Seoul Station so very easy to get around the city to see all the sites, as well as catch the KTX and airport railroad trains. Sunny was a great host, responded quickly and also arranged a taxi from the airport which was so nice and convenient after arriving in Seoul on a long flight.

Lovely apartment

This is a terrific apartment with two nice bedrooms downstairs and space to sleep several others upstairs in the kitchen/dining area. We found it to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The location is close to Seoul Station -- great for transit and close enough to several touristic packages

Great location, great host

I enjoyed our stay, the location is great, Short Uber rides to many tourist attractions. Walking distance to Seoul Tower, a great morning walk(work out) if you like. Sunny is accommodating and responsive, helping my wife to confirm her hair appointment.

Week in Korea

Sunny’s house is exactly as advertised. The location is great and the house is beautiful, fully equipped for anything that we may have wanted. Despite the freezing temperatures, the house was so warm and homely. We enjoyed every minute

The apartment is centrally located and convenient to Seoul Station. It has great local restaurants and hipster coffee shops, as well as 7-11 in the immediate vicinity. It is very clean with comfortable beds and linens, and excellent high end gentle toiletries.A few caveats: 1) The apartment is smaller than it appears in photos. No real space to gather except the kitchen with hard plastic chairs. There was no couch for recovering from busy days despite the photos in the listing.2) There is a steep set of stairs to navigate between the entrance and bottom 2 bedrooms and the upstairs where the kitchen is. Take this into consideration if you have mobility issues. 3) The heat/AC cannot be easily controlled on-site; I had to message the owner to set the temp and that was highly inconvenient.
