Perfect location; clean, nicely decorated rooms; strong air con; nice kitchen/lounge area; friendly staff; but rooms are small and lacked space for suitcases.

Hotel was in a good location. Staff were friendly. Just had a little hiccup when checking in as it was self serve and we were supposed to put in a reservation code, however, it was not sent to my email. Thank goodness it was still early and a staff did come out to help us. Also, not used to the shower and toilet are all in one space. Overall, the hotel was convenient to subway restaurants nearby.

Small room but well though out so it doesn’t feel cramped. Location is absolutely AMAZING ! Close to the markets, the metro and in a cool neighborhood. Breakfast is quite small (mainly cereal, things to make toasts & boiled eggs).

Everything was there. Transit station, night life, shopping market, restaurants and more. Breakfast was self served. Laundry machines. Staff was very helpful. We locked our keys in the room and no one was around. But we followed the instructions on the door to contact them and the got us a key through the kiosk. Only weird thing for us was the toilet is in the shower. Other than that it was cool. Thank you for the experience

This property is a hostel, not a hotel, even Expedia lists it as a hotel. Getting there from the airport is easiest with Uber — they have the correct location. We took a taxi, and the driver couldn’t find it until he called taxi service, but once we switched to Uber, every ride found it with no problem. The entrance: They say before 7 PM you go through a jewelry store, and after 7 PM you use the back door. We used the back door the whole time — it’s open during the day, and at night you ring the bell and an attendant lets you in. Then take the elevator to the 4th floor. Check‑in and check‑out are fully automated and very simple. Enter your last name and confirmation number, and the machine gives you your key. Returning the key at checkout is just as easy. We had two twin beds. After a long business‑class flight, the small room was a shock at first, but we ended up really liking it. It was very clean, the suitcases fit under the beds, we had our own bathroom, a small refrigerator, desk, fan for styling hair. For a short stay, it had everything we needed. There is a shared kitchen with simple breakfast items (bread, cereal, cheese, tea, coffee). You can store your own food, heat meals, sit at small tables, and even wash and dry clothes for free. The location is in the old city center, not the modern downtown, but there are plenty of restaurants and many jewelry shops around. For about $300 for 3 nights, I was very happy with the stay.

This may have been the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm not used to how the showers are set up in the bathrooms (connected to the sink, no stall), but I had no qualms about using it because this place was radiating cleanliness. They also provided shower shoes and slippers for walking around inside the common areas. The luggage storage area was also helpful for saving space in your room. The location is great. It's directly across the street from the subway entrance, is surrounded by endless amounts of good food and entertainment, and also somehow tucked away enough to be totally quiet. The subway is directly across the street. I loved the common area amenities. There were cereals, milk, coffee, tea, baked eggs (these were a highlight!), and occasional extra treats available for free. There were additional snacks in the large fridge available for purchase (I recommend the mochi). Two washers and dryers were available for use as well. The staff were friendly and always willing to chat and answer questions. They spoke English and were easy to talk to. They helped us out when our flight was cancelled and rebooked next day. They didn't have any rooms available for the extra night, but they checked in on us to make sure we found accommodations and let us store our luggage for the day. They also gave us an extra hour to check out, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place, and if I end up back in the area I will be staying here again.

The room was clean and in a good area. I would definitely recommend this to someone. It was challenging to find the exact location at night as the whole neighborhood is jewelry stores. I recommend finding it during the day to see the hostel name atop the building.
