An open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor, accounting for the property's 1 bathroom. The top floor, accessible via a steep staircase, houses the 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 140 to 255 cm. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 190 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 190 cm, and opens onto a balcony of 6 square metres.
