The home and location are excellent. Plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy and play with. The host is excellent with great communication. We ran into zero problems, but if we had I have a great feeling the host would have taken care of it immediately. Very clean, great dock to enjoy swimming and fishing. Overall excellent home, host, and location. We do this every year for the 4th and plan on coming back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We loved the screen porch and the lower deck with the bar area. We were worried since the lake water levels have been down, but there was plenty of water here and we enjoyed swimming off the dock. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for us. Check in process was very easy. And the host provided lots of helpful information for the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The is was the perfect spot for our family. We traveled with 8 adults and we all fit very comfortably in the home. The house was clean and well stocked with the essentials. The location was perfect. It’s close to Clemson University and all the necessities like groceries and Starbucks but far enough away to enjoy the quiet lake. It took us about 20 minutes to drive to the University in peak concert traffic. The walk down to the water is very steep but it wasn’t an issue for our family. Just something to note. The dock, kayaks, and all other water things were well maintained.Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area. It’s the perfet lake house getaway!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house in Seneca during Clemson graduation weekend. The home was stunning, spacious, and perfectly set up for a large family or group of friends gathering together for a special occasion. We especially loved all of the outdoor space and amenities, which made it easy to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the lake views. The thoughtful touches truly made our stay memorable. We were so touched to be welcomed with surprise Mother’s Day and “Congrats Graduate” balloons along with a lovely welcome gift. It immediately made us feel at home and added such a personal touch to an already special weekend. The location was also perfect and so close to Clemson University, which made getting to graduation events incredibly easy and stress-free. We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important milestone with family and friends. Highly recommend, and we would absolutely love to stay again!

Excellent communication and help from host! House was adequate for our family gathering. Kids liked the game room and kayaks. Porch off kitchen great for meals. Some negatives: Kitchen and laundry rooms not clean and disorganized / hairs found in bed blanket and sheets / clock not working / property very steep
