  • Esta casa fue construida para personas que les gusta lo mejor de lo mejor. Comienza con hermosas vistas en un lote de puntos en la comunidad cerrada de Sugar Hill ubicada en el extremo sur de Keowee. Está muy cerca de tiendas y restaurantes en Seneca y a 20-25 minutos en coche de Clemson. La casa es de 4000 pies cuadrados, pero se siente acogedora, moderna y simplemente increíble. Se completó en agosto de 2018 y tiene todos los mejores acabados de lujo, desde pisos de tablones anchos Bastone Lagone, hasta electrodomésticos Thermador, hasta sábanas Serena y Lilly. No se escatimó ningún detalle, incluida una máquina de hielo de pepita, parrilla Lynx, televisores Sony 4K, sistema de música Sonos, y la lista sigue y sigue. Simplemente no encontrarás nada como esto en el lago. La casa fue diseñada para una familia numerosa o dos parejas y niños. Arriba hay dos reyes, una reina y una cama matrimonial. This was a wonderful lake house! Great kitchen and gathering area for families. The dock was amazing and spent evenings relaxing there. We enjoyed gathering on the huge porch every morning. The lake views were amazing from this beautiful house too!

Gorgeous lakefront home

This home was amazing, excellent location, perfect spring get away to a luxurious lake in the mountains of SC!! Brad was a very gracious host, would definitely highly recommend and would come back again!

Best Lake Views!!

If you are here to enjoy the water, this is your spot. Beautiful view from the bedrooms, living room, dining area and kitchen. And having the screen porch open up to the kitchen was magnificent. There were so many place to sit and enjoy watching the family on the water. at night, the family enjoyed the game room downstairs. I also loved that there were so many options for seating all the family and that the tables were large enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hard to Beat

I'm very familiar with Lake Keowee along with its many different communities and options available for rent. As far a I'm concerned, this is the best rental available on Lake Keowee. The house is as advertised in the listing. It's a high end custom home on an incredible lake front lot meant for those who can and will appreciate the finer aspects of a high end rental. The owner and house manager were more than accommodating during our visit, even providing a few additional services not necessarily outlined in the listing. It's truly a rental with the feel of a concierge program. The home is also located in my preferred location on the lake with easy access to Seneca for grocery, dining and the hospital. Trust me, many of the homes in high end private communities on the lake are 15-20 minutes from the nearest sign of life, so having easy access to Seneca is a large advantage. So if you have friends and family that will appreciate a home of this level, don't think twice.

Excellent Lake Home

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The home is beautiful, and the location on the water is excellent. The owners of this property have spared no expense to make sure their guests have an enjoyable, relaxing vacation at the lake.

We absolutely loved our stay here on the lake!! Beautifully appointed and thoughtfully laid out, this VRBO is every bit as nice as a 5 star hotel! Brad is a wonderful, and incredibly accommodating host!! A perfect choice!

Incredible!

The pictures do not do it justice! We stayed at this wonderful cottage over Labor Day weekend and without a doubt maybe the best vacation decision we have ever made! The house was amazing and the views were spectacular! I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a weekend on beautiful lake Keowee! Cherry on top was the industrial ice maker in the basement!!
