"We came down for a UGA baseball game. We absolutely loved the “fan cave” and the hot tub on such a gorgeous country property. Kasie was very friendly and communicative,. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. Could not have asked for a better overall experience."

"The apartment was nice and had all the cooking utensils I needed to make Thanksgiving dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were big and fluffy. Although we only given 2bath towels for 2 people, I use 2 just for myself and there were no towel bars to hang them on. The shower curtain liner needed to be replaced, mold all over it. Owner said there was a lockbox for the key, but no sign of one and only one key left inside. Owner was very slow to respond to questions before we...

"The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The host, Victor, responded quickly to our questions and needs. The only critique is that there was some noise to contend with coming from the upstairs apartment and adjacent apartment. Besides that, it was a nice place to stay."

"While not advertised, this rental is effectively housing for Clemson students. We seemed to be the only occupants that weren't students. Not a problem, however, be prepared for a fair amount of late-night noise...as would be expected with student housing. Vomit in elevator both nights...that was fun. Someone had thrown raw eggs at the balcony glass windows at some point prior to our arrival...glass was still covered in egg! Furniture, bedding, etc. is dorm room style/comfort. "We booked this house over a year ago for our twin daughter’s Clemson graduation & Army Commissioning celebration. Place & host did not disappoint; it was wonderful. "This was my 2nd time using the property for my company ELT (Executive Leadership Team) offsite. My team enjoyed the house and amenities. Most of our meetings were held in the screened in porch. Having the calming water views was a huge bonus. Several team members have requested we return for our July or October ELT."
