"Definitely no complaints for the price! It's not a 5* hotel but the staff were great, we had a comfortable king size bed. It's walking distance to Tim Hortons and many shops and restaurants. Honestly I was a little hesitant to book there because of the reviews but I'm glad I did. We will definitely stay there again if we are passing through the area... Now, if you want a brand new or 5* hotel, go pay double+ somewhere else... Sad but some people I never happy and just like to complain, like what...

"My 2nd stay here. Room was clean. Staff greeted me with a smile. Christmas decorations ouside were beautiful. Inside was amazing. Loved the slender Christmastree on the step presents underneath. Made me feel at home. I find this place is way better than a hotel or motel. Staff makes my stay more personal rather than just another customer. If you looking for a cozy, home away from home in Brampton than this is the place to be. "

"I arrived in an ice storm, and I was desperate. I had made my reservation online, but when I arrived there was only a room available on the second floor. They refused to let me go up because I was a Senior and it was so icy and dangerous. Instead, they took the time to clean and prepare another room on the main floor and made me feel safe and protected. I was so grateful! "

"Allen at check in was amazing. Super friendly and ensured a room was quickly prepared for us even though we were almost an hour early. Facilities were kept impeccably clean. Rooms were much bigger than expected!! All staff members smiled and said hello as we crossed paths. Breakfast wasn't very impressive in terms of options but edible. The pool was fun but there was so much hair in it that my kids and I kept getting caught on it which was gross. "

"The Rose room was well appointed and looked recently renovated. Kimmie was an excellent host (and her partner) and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and she was kind enough to have it ready a bit earlier than for the other guests. The electric fireplace was a nice touch on a cold night!"
