Rent your rustic estate "Can Brivo" in Mallorca.



This cozy and renovated farmhouse with a pool is located in a quiet area, near Sencelles. It has all the amenities to make your vacation a moment of great disconnection and rest.



The accommodation is characterized by having a lot of light inside. Spacious areas to rest and relax outside. Inside, guests can be distributed in three bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. One of the bedrooms with two beds and a bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor. The other two bedrooms have a double bed on the ground floor of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a clear view of the living room and comfortable dining room.

The entrance is surrounded by fragrant orange trees and in the back of the house there is a large pool of 8 x 4 meters.

You can relax in the pool on one of its comfortable loungers while enjoying a refreshment or taking a pleasant bath to combat the heat, it has two large umbrellas if you prefer to be in the shade.

Great Holiday Home Near Inca

The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and well equipped, although maybe there could be more than 2 mugs :-) The pool is excellent (also very clean) and the air-con was particularly helpful given how hot it was during our stay. It is in quite a remote location so certainly a hire car is required, but it is easy to get to Inca for everything you need. The only slight negative is the proximity to the road that runs alongside the villa and the hotel that is located across the road. There are no bushes or trees to screen the pool area so anyone using the road has a full view in. Not too big a deal because it is not a very busy road, but just so you are aware. Also, the hotel love to keep their gardens nice and tidy and there is always some sort of machine being used - mainly in the morning - so it is not always as peaceful as you might think/hope. Just a couple of minor points and overall they do not detract from what is a very nice place to spend a holiday in Mallorca!

The villa is very clean and modern inside with lovely character also. The location is perfect being set in the quiet countryside whilst being within a 10 min drive from supermarkets and shops. We loved our stay and would definatly stay again.

Tolles Ferienhaus im Herzen Mallorcas

Wir verbrachten eine Woche Anfang November in dem wunderbaren Ferienhaus. Die Einrichtung des Hauses entsprach in vollem Ausmaß der Beschreibung im Internet, somit wurden unsere Erwartungen vollkommen erfüllt. Da es leider schon etwas kühler war, mussten wir über die Klimanlage heizen, was aber kein Problem darstellte. Die Qualität der Inneneinrichtung war sehr hochwertig, insbesondere die individuell gestalteten Wohnräume überzeugten. Auch die Außenanlagen waren sehr schön, insbesondere der großzügige Pool überzeugte. Insgesamt ist die Finca schön in die Landschaft eingebunden, aber auch nicht soweit weg von Städten wie Inca, Sineu und Sencelles. Hierdurch können auch Einkäufe gut und schnell durchgeführt werden. Der Gastgeber nahm uns am Anreisetag in Empfang, wodurch eine schnelle Eingewöhnung möglich war. Insgesamt Daumen hoch. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Tolle Finca mit toller Ausstattung !

Sehr schön fince! Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet! Top Vermieter! Pool sauber und schön. Mit einem Bett am Pool !!! Zentrale Lage, allerdings Mietwagen ist ein muss! Wir kommen wieder!
