Attractive apartment house in the classic style of white bathroom architecture. The House Having houses 70 tastefully and comfortably furnished apartments and is just a few steps from the popular AHOI! Bathing and adventure world, an 18-hole mini golf course and the idyllic Selliner See. There is also a large adventure playground in the holiday complex. After a ten-minute walk you can reach the famous Seelin pier and the beautiful sandy beach at the foot of the cliffs. Discover great shopping opportunities along the nearby promenade Wilhelmstrasse. Or use your vacation on Rügen to visit the local Amber Museum. Each apartment in Haus Having has a WiFi, cable TV and Sky (3 channels) for a comfortable stay. Access to the apartments on the upper floors is very easy thanks to an elevator. You can park your vehicle in advance at one of the 78 underground parking spaces or alternatively for a fee in the adjacent parking lot of the municipality. On the ground floor of the Having house there is a public laundrette and a restaurant invites you to linger and enjoy. For a delightful start to the day, you can use the bread service in the morning.

In the popular Ostseebad Sellin in Haus Having you will find the high-quality apartment 321 The apartment with 20 m² of living space invites up to 2 guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the island of Rügen and to fully relax. The apartment is located in Seepark Sellin on the 1st Upper floor of the beautiful holiday complex. The Baltic Sea, the beach and Lake Sellin are 900 m away. The bakery and the shops are within walking distance in the holiday complex. The apartment has free WiFi and the initial supply of bed linen is included. The combined living / sleeping area with blackout has a sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has a bathroom with shower / toilet and hairdryer. The fully equipped pantry with coffee machine and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. A TV with 3 Sky channels rounds off the good facility. After an eventful day of vacation, you can take a seat on the balcony in the north-east position. Pets are not allowed in the non-smoking apartment. Verlängertes Wochenende zu Zweit

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Klein aber fein, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und es war sehr sauber. Es gibt nicht‘s zu beanstanden. Der Check in an der Rezeption war schnell und sehr freundlich.Wir können es sehr empfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, alles sehr sauber. Die Damen in der Reception waren höflich aber mit einem Lächeln wäre es leichter mal jemanden anzusprechen. Sonst waren wie wir zufrieden.
