There are many exciting day trips on which to embark from the area, and you can park your vehicles securely on-site.

Beautiful place

The apartment is great and as you can see in the photos right on a pepple beach. The water is not too deep, so very nice for children too. There are 2 (good) restaurants and a beach bar near the apartment. We were able to stay until our departure, which was very nice of Mislav. All in all one of the best vacations we had.

Seaside holiday

Our 3 week stay at Villa Rozanna was wonderful. The apartment is exactly as shown. Comfortable for 2 people. The view from the terrace is beautiful! For us, the beach is a little too crowded but the sea is so clean and refreshing that we hardly noticed. Our hosts were quick to help when we couldn't figure out the TV remote. We would definetly recommend a stay here.

the property is only about 10 mins from split airport ,met by the owner ,Mislav Domic , on arrival and given a quick tour of the immaculate property ,any time of day Mislav could be contacted for advice on where to go to hire boats ,eat out or visit The area was very quite as it was end of season which we like ,but stunning This was our first time in Crotia but we will be back ,Mislav Domic many thanks

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Schönes kleines Apartment (mit Klimaanlage, auch bei 30 Grad draußen mussten wir sie nicht nutzen) im 2. (obersten) Stock mit Balkon und Blick aufs Meer. Modern und gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in 500 Meter-Entfernung. Relativ ruhige Lage, nur morgens ist bei geöffnetem Fenster die hinten verlaufende Straße etwas hörbar, hat uns aber nicht großartig gestört.

A charming retreat

Absolutely fantastic! Just got back from a wondrful holiday. We had the top floor, 1 bed apartment, which is ideal for a couple looking for peace and quiet. There are bigger apartments for bigger families. An ideal location for those with children too. From our balcony we had spectacular views to the sea and mountains. All apartments at Villa Rozanas have see views. The aparment had been recently refurbished and was tastefully decorated. The bathroom was modern and we had a very comfortable king size bed. We were also able to use the communal bbq which added to the relaxing experience Our host was very attentive and helpful and did everything in his power to make us feel comfortable. We would recommend a car if you are looking to do a bit of sightseeing which is well worth it. Krka national park is out of this world and is only 1 hr away and along the way there are other fishing villages worth a visit like Rogoznica and Primosten. Of course Trogir and Split are a must as well. We definetely recommend this apartment to others.

Villa Rozana

I chose Villa Rozana because it was close to the water and from the website the apartments looked comfortable also only 20 mins from Split Airport. We rented a 1 bedroom apartment for 2 weeks which took in the last week of August and the first week in September. From the moment we arrived we were made welcome by Mislav and his family. They also presented us with a bottle of the locally grown wine which we had that night on our balcony with a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea. Rozana even drove me to the Handy Teller in Trogir, that afternoon, and pointed out places of interest for the coming days. Croatia is a beautiful country and it is only accentuated by the lovely weather at that time of the year. The Sea is only 20 metres walk to the 23 degrees water. I cannot praise enough, Mislav. his family and also the cleaners. Wonderful friendly people and always there to help. There are also 3 inexpensive restaurants, with yummy food, a short stroll from the apartments. We will return

Das Apartment war ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Der Vermieter und seine Familie waren sehr nett. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus.

Perfekte Wohnung für Strandurlaub :D

Wir waren im Juni da, kurz nach der Renovierung. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich sehr modern und alles was man braucht ist da. Das Appartement liegt in einer sehr schönen Bucht in ruhiger Lage. Es ist nicht weit von Trogir entfernt. Die Anbindung an den Strand hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen. Sehr zu empfehlen :D

A smart apartment in lovely quiet location

The 1 bedroomed apartment was small but fine for the 2 of us as we were out most of the time. It was brand new, smart with a really comfortable bed and good bathroom. The owner was really helpful and responsive, even taking us to and from the airport, which was very welcome. It was also lovely to be able to just cross a quiet road and be on the beach. The resort is quiet and picturesque, but there are bars, restaurants and a small shop within easy walking distance. If you are looking to just stay locally, a car is not essential. However whilst there are buses to Trogir and a boat to Trogir (that only operates in peak months), they are not frequent, so if you are wishing to travel further afield, a car is recommended.

Appartment in schöner Strandlage

Sehr schöne kleine Appartmentanlage in einem kleinen Ort direkt an Meer, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Vermieterfamilie. Wir hatten eines der kleinen Appartments, welches noch nicht modernisiert war (soll im Winter 2016 geschehen). Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Einige der Appartments im Haus sind bereits top modern renoviert und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Appartments ist wunderschön: direkt gegenüber ein Strand, mit ruhigem, kristallklaren Wasser. Im sehr sauberen Appartment selbst war in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht, vom Balkon aus konnte man gemütlich die Abendstunden in der Sonne verbringen. Gerne kommen wir irgendwann wieder in diese Gegend. Seget Vranjica bietet sich an für schöne Ausflüge in die traumhafte Umgebung, z.B. nach Trogir. Restaurants gibt es am Ort einige sehr gute.

Beach side appartment in great location

We first visited Seget Vranjica 10 years ago but this was our first stay at Villa Rozana.The appartment is well equipped and conveniently positioned for local amenities We spent many evenings on the balcony drinking the local wine and eating fresh fish cooked on the BBQ just enjoying the views. Members of the family who run the business are very pleasant and helpful visiting most days but always available on the phone or email. Trogir is a UNESCO world heritage site with many restaurants and lively daily market. A visit to Split is also recommended. We are returning to Villa Rozana in 2017 and would recommend it to families and couples alike

Holiday in Croatia

We had a really nice stay in villa Rozana. The apartment is in great condition, with everything you may need and more, wonderful kitchen, balcony with a direct sea view, dryer, wi-fi, great bed, and great location. Communication with Mislav was fast and efficient and he was always willing to help. Definitely a recommendation.

Tolle Gegend, Tolles Appartment !

Kann ich wirklich weiterempfehle ! Dort macht man nichts falsch. War jedoch in Vorsaison, da ist es immer einwenig ruhiger, aber das Appartment war voll ok ! Hab heuer schon wieder gebucht ;-)

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auto wird nicht benötigt. Appartement sehr sauber. Heuer werden lt Vermieter wieder einige Appartements renoviert. Können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub in Kroatien

Wir haben einen wunderschönen erholsamen Urlaub vom 8.6.15-19.6.2015 bei ihnen verlebt.Es war alles wie im Internet angegeben. Top Unterkunft- besonders toll die Nähe zum Strand und den Restaurant's. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter! Ihr Domizil werden wir weiter empfehlen und sicher selbst wieder in Anspruch nehmen! Vielen Dank- H. + M. Naumann
