"Already wrote one not ever going back"

"We told reception that we needed a lightbulb on the side of the bed so that we could read. The one side didn’t work. She said they didn’t have any bulbs. Who runs a hotel without replacement bulbs? Nobody was at the desk numerous times….. not a good feeling"

"Happy with our 1st stay in the large family suite and the good breakfast ($7/person), we booked again on way back for the Champagne suite. The well kept big house can view the river from balconies of some rooms or the rooftop terrace (don't miss the sunrises). The hosts live on site and the lady was friendly and nice to talk to."

"Beautiful place with close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The 200yr old building is decorated well and it has a great nostalgic feel. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. "

"Charming little hotel, steps from dock where Thousand Islands cruise ship departs from and just a few blocks from best stretch of downtown. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was upscale, delicious and plentiful. Convenient and lively pub downstairs (no noise heard from room though). Only improvement offered would be some electrical outlets/USB ports more accessible for charging devices (one of those table lamps with built in ports would do the trick). Strongly recommend"

"Pangea House is lovely and very centrally located. The owners are very welcoming and the house is decorated beautifully yet is very comfortable. Our room was great and the breakfast was exceptional. We really appreciated Geoff’s flexibility. We particularly enjoyed being able to play Scrabble by the fire. Highly recommend."

"It was ok. Check in could have been quicker. The room, although a bit dated, was clean. The TV didn't work. The "buffet " breakfast consisted of bread, a few muffins, jam, juice boxes and luke warm coffee. Very disappointing. "

"Not only was the breakfast fresh. The hosts accommodated our needs for early departure in the morning with very fresh, still warm breakfast with excellent coffee. The menu included numerous items, all excellent taste and quality."
