"Elfriede" is a bright and spacious 8-room vacation rental apartment spanning 112 m2 across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum capacity of 13 guests across 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is furnished in a practical and welcoming style throughout both floors.

On the upper floor, you will find 1 double bedroom along with 1 room featuring 1 single bed and 1 double sofabed. This level also includes a kitchen and living room equipped with a dining nook, as well as a balcony accessible directly from this floor. The bathroom facilities on this level consist of a shower and a separate WC.

The top floor offers 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a hand-basin, as well as 1 additional room with sloping ceilings containing 1 double sofabed. There are also 2 further rooms on this floor, each featuring sloping ceilings and 2 beds per room. A second kitchen and living room with a dining nook is available on this floor as well, also characterized by sloping ceilings. Bathroom facilities on the top floor include a shower with WC and an additional separate WC. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all bedrooms will be available for use. There is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated sections of the property.
