Designed for families and groups, the home sleeps up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 full bathrooms, spacious indoor living areas, and a backyard made for relaxing and playing.

Please note: The detached studio is separate from the main house and does not have its own bathroom. It is automatically included for reservations of 8+ guests. Groups of fewer than 8 may request to add the studio for an additional fee.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meals at home, including stainless steel appliances, a spacious island, cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials.

Gather around the dining table with seating for 8, grab a seat at the kitchen bar, or take dinner outside and enjoy the fresh Sedona air from the deck.

Indoor Living
Vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows create a bright, comfortable gathering space with beautiful mountain views.

Relax by the gas fireplace, stream a movie on the 50` Smart TV, or unplug with books and board games. High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace make longer stays easy, too.

Traveling with kids? We`ve made it easier with a mini crib, high chair, toys, children`s books, and plenty of room to play.

Outdoor Living
The private backyard is one of the highlights of the home. After a day on the trails, come back and:

Enjoy central A/C and heating, ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and self check-in with a keypad.

The large driveway and 2-car garage provide parking for approximately 4–6 vehicles.

Restaurants, shops, galleries, and Pink Jeep tours are nearby, with some destinations accessible on foot. Sedona`s famous hiking trails, red rock viewpoints, and outdoor adventures are just minutes away by car.

It`s an ideal home base for experiencing Sedona during the day and returning somewhere peaceful at night.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the home, backyard, outdoor amenities, driveway, and garage.

The detached studio serves as the home`s fourth bedroom. It is separate from the main house and **does not have a bathroom inside the studio.**

The studio is automatically included with reservations of 8 or more guests. For reservations of fewer than 8 guests, the studio may be added for an additional fee—just send us a message before your stay.

Self check-in is available via a keypad at the home.

Important Information

Sedona observes quiet hours after 9 PM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

Please do not use the wood-burning fireplace in the primary bedroom.

Please turn off the gas after using the gas fireplace, fire pit, or grill.

To help prevent the A/C system from freezing, please do not set the thermostat below 75°F.

**Package deliveries:** Sedona can be unreliable for package delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable packages and are unable to forward packages after checkout. Please ship items to the property at your own risk.
