The TVs are smart TV. Please use your own OTA subscription to login. No cable channels are provided.
The septic system is upflush and motorized driven. You might hear the pump running while using Kitchen Sink, Bathroom sink, Shower or the toilet. Also known as Macerating Pump.
Please make sure not to throw items into the toilet, else the toilet might get clogged
Pets are welcome in our home (maximum of 1 pet at $55 per pet).
Please do not keep the Mini-Split below 70 for cooling as the unit might freeze up and will stop working.
This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours and dark sky hours are strictly enforced from 10pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking inside, this will result in a minimum fee of $500 for deodorization.
A car is required for exploring the Sedona area. Parking is available in the driveway but street parking is not available in our neighborhood. Please park in designated area as shown in the photo.
There is a rental unit upstairs and you might hear noise from upstairs.
