On a quiet cul-de-sac nestled below the majestic Coffee Pot Rock, our home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay in Sedona a memorable one. Whether it's the fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, stunning views, or mid century modern aesthetic. We have just what you need to escape in your own little red rocks retro getaway.

Highly recommended! Set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood of West Sedona. Many of the home are MCM, like this home. Very unique, comfortable and interesting. The description of the home is accurate, it is a beautiful MCM home with all the amenities. We would return again!

This was the perfect stay for our family of 4. The views were stunning, the neighborhood was quiet, the kitchen was very well stocked, and there were tons of games and activities to enjoy! Whether relaxing inside while listening to records, or enjoying the outdoors with a game of bocce ball in the backyard, you can’t go wrong. There is easy, walkable access to a great hiking trail, and the main west Sedona strip with shops and restaurants is less than 5 minutes away (we made morning 2 runs to Sedonuts!) Nothing but great memories! We were sad to leave!

Perfect for a three generations trip to Sedona. I only wish we'd have stayed longer to take full advantage.This home is like a hidden picture puzzle with so many retro gems tastefully nestled into every nook and cranny, yet with all the modern functionality you need and in a lovely private setting. We really appreciated the great view out the back of coffee pot rock, plus made good use of the stargazing deck, bocce ball court, hammock, game room, and hot tub - plenty to keep everyone entertained while not out on the land. The neighborhood is wonderful and reasonably close to everything we wanted to do. It is also an easy 10 min stroll to the Teacup and Sugarloaf trailhead. We hiked up to the summit for sunrise one morning and it was truly spectacular. Plenty of relatively easy scrambling fun for the kids as well. One unexpected joy was the neighborhood squadron of friendly javelinas that came right through the front yard and hung out in the outlot next door. And so many birds as well!The host was very responsive, and everything about the stay was seamless. My only minor note is that the beds were getting a little saggy, but everyone still slept well. It would also be nice if there was a yoga mat or two available.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. We did have minor trouble with the front door key pad, but managed. Communication for spa access when requested was delayed, but overall we again were quite happy and wish we could have stayed longer. We would for sure book this property again!!

We have been lucky enough to stay in Sedona several times before, but this is the best accommodation we have had. A peaceful location within easy reach of everything and even walkable to a hiking trail. The garden was lovely and we especially enjoyed the fire table. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The mountain view was very impressive. It was just Oh Wow when we saw the back yard. The decor of the house was so cool. We grew up in the 60's/70's so we loved going back in time. The house was very clean and neat. We loved that the house is located a short drive to all the mountain sites and of course the shopping. We had a great time at the Red Rocks Retro house.

Great property in west Sedona! The Sugarloaf trail was about a 10 minute walk from the property. We really enjoyed the backyard and game room. There were lots of extras I didn't expect and the family liked. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was well stocked - plenty of towels, soap, etc. The host was extremely responsive. Plenty of shops and resturants within a five drive. Uptown about 15 minutes away.

Our stay here was fabulous! The house is incredibly well stocked and was within great access to all of the amazing hiking in Sedona. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after being out in the rocks all day. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for a convenient location with many amenities.

Great stay in Sedona

This property has everything a family needs. My kids 7 and twins that are 11 loved the record player and all the old school toys. The game room was a hit. The view is breath taking. The beds are comfortable. We love Sedona and this cute property was a hit. We will be back. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. The decorations inside I was a little worried about, but my kids didn’t touch anything as there was enough that kept them busy for hours. Super easy check in and communication with the host was exceptional!!!

Amazing place!

We were looking for a place close to some trails that had a nice outdoor view and ideally included a hot tub. This one ticked those boxes plus had a retro theme that we didn’t know we needed! My sister and I are Gen X’ers and we had fun listening to 8-track tapes that made us nostalgic. The house was very comfortable and clean. Three of us shared the house and we each had our own room-plenty of space indoor and out. We made most of our meals at home and had everything we needed to do so. My favorite thing was the outdoor seating areas. I spent each morning enjoying coffee on the upper deck listening to the birds and watching the sun rise. What a gorgeous view of Coffee Pot rock at that time of day! A very special treat on one of those mornings was seeing several javelinas that visited the yard for their breakfast - so cool! If this home is available for your stay, don’t hesitate to book it, you’ll be very happy with this amazing place.

Exceeded expectations

Long story short: this place exceeded expectations. My friends and I used this as a homebase for enjoying the great outdoors of Sedona. The inside has a very cool, intentional mid-century modern vibe that felt specially curated. You can tell that this isn't just a 'professional' short-term rental with the bare bones amenities. We spent a lot of time in the backyard, and really enjoyed the record player and sound system in the living room. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Nice house in a good neighborhood

We only used the primary bedroom and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great. Rooms are all good sized. Good TVs and WiFi. There's a 12 minute walk to the shuttle to Soldier Pass trailhead, helpful since parking can be difficult at the shuttle stop. Convenient to shopping and hiking.

Great Escape!!!!!

Red Rocks Retro was adorable, super clean and super quiet. Loved star gazing in the hot tub and got such great nights of sleep in the cozy beds. We loved sitting around the fireplace playing the many many retro games the host had for us. Would definitely book again!

Peaceful Getaway

This property is as advertised, clean, spacious, great location, well equiped kitchen with many cooking gadgets not normally included. The back yard is so peaceful and inviting. We spent every morning on the quiet back deck soaking in the incredible view. This is a great place to stay with friends and enjoy everything Sedona has to offer. We will be back.

Nothing retro about this great place

Retro Red Rock is a charming way to take in Sedona. Beautiful view! Plenty of space & a good deal of entertainment packed within a fun home. The little details of kitsch & memorabilia took us down memory lane. Think staying at your grandmother’s home—the cool grandma that listens to great vinyl, lets you eat cookies for breakfast & then goes on a hike with you.
