The perfect sized Cabin, sleeps a total of up to 6-8 adults and has a bunk room with space for up to 6 kids! The ideal retreat away from the city, with high speed internet for your remote needs. Experience the surrounding cool pines and abundance of nature in between your Zoom calls, daily work, school and meals with family and friends. The expansive open Great room makes the perfect setting for a family gathering or sharing good times with friends. The front deck rear decks will bring you out for a peaceful coffee in the morning and encourage you back for a well deserved bottle of wine in the evening. Easy access to interstate, makes Flagstaff and Sedona just a short car ride away. A pet, family friendly home with child locks, doggy doors and a fenced back yard makes this retreat easy to bring the whole family and enjoy. Please come enjoy our home away from home.

Bedroom detail: Two bedrooms on the main floor (1 cal king and 1 queen bed), a large bunk room in the basement with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 kids) and 2 trundle twin mattresses (sleeps 2 more kids). A queen-size air mattress is also available.

House was great. A great place to relax and unwind. Our kiddos loved the bunk beds and the deck is closed off so pups could be outside with us. It was freezing so dress warm if going in fall! We enjoyed the fire pit and the host was super quick to help answer questions about the home.

This was an absolutely outstanding experience. Communication with the host was phenomenal, the home was immaculate, and it was even better in person than the online photos suggested. One evening we built a bonfire outside where eight of us gathered to BBQ, make s’mores, and enjoy time together. Another night we watched movies in the great room, relaxing on the most comfortable couch with a beautiful fire in the fireplace.The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was perfect for walks, and the location was just minutes from Flagstaff. The home fit our needs perfectly. With one daughter in college in Flagstaff, we will definitely be back to rent this beautiful home, if we’re lucky enough to find it available!

Let the Coolness Soak In

The property was well appointed with the amenities as described in the features of the site. The home is very welcoming and relaxing with plenty of room to spread out and has more than enough items to entertain. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights, and the boys appreciated the close proximity (walking distance) to the National Forest trailhead! Could not have asked for a better week of weather to enjoy Munds this year! Our host, Rich was very attentive and extremely helpful.

Love this cabin!!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. We have stayed at many, many cabins through VRBO and this is hands down, one of our favorites! It had everything we needed and more. Lots of cozy throw blankets, games, fire wood, fully stocked kitchen. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and effort into this place. We would love to come back in the spring time to enjoy the backyard and the fire pit. But we really enjoyed our time watching the snow fall and having a nice warm fire. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!!

Great for our family

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our 3 daughters, our son-in-law, and 3 grandkids. The great room had plenty of seating, the bedrooms were great and the backyard was awesome! We all had a wonderful time! Thanks to our hosts for making it all so easy!

The most amazing backyard!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in the beautiful Paradise in the Pines. My family and I spent our Fall Break here and it was incredible. Rich is an amazing host. Every detail of the home is perfect for a family getaway. We spent most of our time outdoors. However, indoors also has everything you need. It was paradise and we cannot wait go go back.

Vacation home base

We really enjoyed our time at Paradise in the Pines. Played some games inside and also in the backyard. Relaxed in the backyard with a movie or two and s'mores. My only disappointment was that the 3rd bedroom did not have a queen bed or futon as stated under "Rooms & Beds". There was a sofa and 4 bunk beds, so our adult sons adjusted. Other than that, we really did enjoy the peacefulness of the area and having a home to return to after our adventures during the day.

My family and I had a great time at paradise in the pines. Nicely setup for the kids with plenty to do. The kids loved playing in the backyard The outside movie projector was a big hit.
