You come to Sedona for the view, and it doesn't get much better than this!! Beautifully remodeled home with fantastic views, Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. True vacation rental, not a second home. Hot Tub, memory foam beds. 55" TV, cable, high speed internet. Heated bathroom floors, wood burning fireplace. Minutes from 89A, yet quiet and secluded sitting on a hillside in West Sedona. Clean and uncluttered with practically new furnishings. . Chair Lift.

The home was just as described. It has an ideal location in West Sedona. The home was very clean, well equipped and the views of Thunder Mountain are spectacular. We also appreciated the propane grill and hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing Vacation Stay

We booked 4 nights and loved every minute. The views were impressive, the home had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing. The owners left detailed instructions which answered all of our questions. A great time for our Sedona holiday. Hope to be back again!

Beautiful views and feeling of seclusion

We have rented at least 6 VRBOs in Sedona. This home is a good value and very comfortable for two couples. It is tastefully furnished and the hosts got the important things right: mattresses, sheets, and towels were all quality. The kitchen was adequately furnished, and the home was thoughtfully supplied with things you don't want to have to go buy: toilet and facial tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Our experience would have been better had the two bathrooms been equipped with hand showers as well as rain showers. There was no way to get out of the spray in the master shower, which was otherwise lovely. Two inexpensive "fixes" would improve this home: a little WD40 on the door hinges, and a weighted shower curtain.We would stay here again. The location had us concerned because it was close to 89A, but when you are in this house you feel like you are miles from civilization.

Beautiful Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked (although it could use a better wine opener!). The view was magnificent, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Sedona

This house was perfect for our family. It is well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to hiking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. The views were stunning, especially watching the sunrise against Sedona’s breathtaking backdrop. Communication with Peter was easy and he very helpful. Highly recommend this as a perfect Sedona getaway!
