Red Rock Paradise

My husband and I stayed here to be within walking distance of Sedona and to experience the beautiful Red Rock view. We came away with so much more! Our welcoming hostess and resident furry friend, provided a clean space with all the personal homelike touches. We also were provided with local information about parks, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this hidden paradise!

Incredible Sedona views

Perfect for our girls trip to Sedona! Fran gave very detailed instructions on the location as it is tucked away behind some shops/restaurants. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed. We were able to walk to a number of shops & restaurants & easily drive to nearby hiking trails as well. Look forward to returning some day!

Roomy one bedroom casita, big Sedona views from living area and bedroom. Nice location within walking distance to town. Having a great hiking trail within walking distance was fun!Many excellent features and if you enjoy making some meals kitchen well set up.Host very accommodating.

Absolutely Wonderful

The unit was exactly as described. The owner was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Property was well stocked and thoughtfully provisioned. We would come back here in a heartbeat. Pictures of the views do not do it justice, they are spectacular especially at sunset. Property was immaculately clean. Quiet location for the most part. Cannot recommend more highly.

Beautiful property with amazing views and easy access to everything!

This beautiful cottage is well equipped, has THE most amazing views, is centrally located with easy access to everything, and Fran is a gracious, kind, and responsive host. We have stayed in many "other booking sites" over the years and this was definitely a favorite! Fran was very accommodating, the house is comfortable, and we really enjoyed the almost 360-degree views from all the rooms. Sunsets were amazing! We made several meals, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bed is comfy, and there were plenty of towels and linens. Really, everything was perfect! I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Birthday getaway

Our host Fran was amazing and she provided a wealth of information both before in email and in binder at unit. Unit exactly as described which is a huge point with me. We really enjoyed the walkable nature as Uptown Sedona roughly a mile walk away. Lastly, Sophie was a welcome visitor almost daily as we missed our dogs.

Great property. Great location.

I highly recommend this property. The views from all of the rooms are spectacular even in the rain. The bed is so comfortable. The fireplace and hot tub are also great. It was a perfect place to stay and relax and explore Sedona. It is within walking distance to Javelina Cantina and The Hudson. Fran is a great host. It was so helpful to have her meet us at check in and show is around.

Great Sedona stay

We had a great time at Fran’s place, there are great red rock views from all rooms of the house. There were so many nice touches that made our stay extra comfortable and the communication with the host was so easy. The house was walking distance to restaurants and close driving to hiking trails. We loved Sedona and look forward to coming back one day!

Perfection

Perfection is the best way to describe the property! Everything from the accommodations, location, views and furnishings were absolutely perfect. Very clean and furnished with anything and everything you could possibly want. Great communication and very easy check in process. Fran was a wonderful host and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Sophie was a special bright spot in our stay. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to a return visit. Highly recommend!

Beyond Amazing!!

The property was exactly as explained, the views exceeded my expectations…absolutely beautiful!! Fran was an amazing hostess, she welcomed us like family, thought of everything possible you would need …it was truly home away from home in the most beautiful place on earth. Perfect location

Fran's property is the perfect spot for exploring Sedona. You have restaurants and trails all within walking distance of the property. The property itself is very well kept and has all the amenities you need. Also, the views from inside are truly spectacular. Although we had to cut our trip short, we look forward to visiting and staying with Fran again next time.

Beautiful views, great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. Fran the property manager was extremely nice and organized; she met us to explain the property. The views of the surrounding red rocks are spectacular from nearly every window. Most places we drove were no more than 5-15 minutes away, except during rush hour. We definitely would come back and would recommend this stay to others.

Perfect Sedona Location

Property is perfect location in Sedona. Condo is located in private and quit location with amazing views. Hiking trail Mags Draw is only a couple blocks away. What is awesome in addition to privacy is it is just a short walk to downtown too. Best of both worlds. Fran is an amazing host that is great to work with. Condo was clean and easy to get to. You also have access to a hot tub with great view of the red rocks. If you are looking for a place for 2 people in central Sedona location this is it. When we come back we will be staying here again.

Perfect Stay!

Our experience in Fran's apartment could not have been more perfect. The apartment is spacious with many small, comfortable touches, making us feel right at home. Fran is an exceptional, gracious host who was easy to reach and communicate with. Best of all is the location - close to everything but quiet, with the most spectacular view you could ever want.

The perfect Spot in West Sedona

This carriage house was the perfect spot. It had stunning views. Fran the host made us feel very welcome. She made sure the apartment had what we needed, she provided a travel cooler, appliances, soft towels, beach towels for the hot tub, motion censored night lights. She greeted us with champagne, homemade soap. The bed was very comfortable and view of the gorgeous Red Rocks can be seen from bed. It was the perfect location for all the hikes and explorations we wanted to do. Fran also supplied us with a binder full of information about restaurants and activities in the area. We highly recommend this property.
