Great place!

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and well organized.Nights in the neighborhood are very quiet so sleeping is not an issue.The house is close to 2 major grocery stores (walking distance), and that is a plus.We really much enjoyed our stay and will most likely book it again!

Great property in top location

We had a great time here. Easy, keyless check-in process. A lot of space for the 5 of us. Location is a top advantage. Property was close to phenomenal trails which made for great runs and hikes every day. Was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants, so no need to spend a lot of time in the car to get to places.

Hiking Getaway

Property was perfect getaway. It is close to alot of hiking trails. Just the right distance to attractions and from locations in town. There is an awesome shuffle board that the kids really enjoyed playing.

The house suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and very comfortable. There are trails nearby which was a definite plus. The coffee maker didn’t work, but that is a very minor thing. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Sedona!

Nice home in quiet neighborhood convenient to lots!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this home. It was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, as well as hiking! Lots of included extras in the kitchen were nice, as we chose to cook on the grill for dinner our second night. Extras in the bathrooms were nice as well, and the boys liked playing shuffleboard. Would recommend for families!

This property was ideal for our family. We were looking for a place that was close to hiking trails and uptown. My 7 yr old would say the shuffle board table was the best part of the property!

Fantastic Location

Our hiking group came to stay for a couple days in Sedona to enjoy the food and the community and do a little bit more hiking after a canyon trip. This house is situated in a lovely neighborhood minutes walking from lovely trails, and within minutes of driving to wonderful shops and restaurants and more beautiful trails. Wonderfully clean and equipped home!

Hiker's Paradise

House was as advertised. Good location, clean, and close to trailheads. Property owners did not communicate with us through Vrbo but only through email. And gave us contact information with, I assume, local administrators. But no communication was accomplished through Vrbo. No real issue, but when reserving through Vrbo past experience has indicated communication through Vrbo is smoother. Regardless of the communication hiccup, the house was comfortable and will keep this property in mind for future stays.

Perfect for first time stay in Sedona. Would stay again!

We loved this house and location. It was perfect for two small kids (2 & 5 y/o). Close to some short hikes and in a very safe comfortable neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, Walgreens, and gas station. The house itself was updated and clean. This was the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at as far as being stocked with supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, ziploc bags, tide, dryer sheets, towels/washcloths, condiments). It made grocery shopping must easier bc most items had already been supplied for us. We didn’t even have to purchase any tp or paper towels or ziploc bags or laundry items! That saves a lot of money! Check in and check out was a breeze. It was also nice to have an outdoor space with the fire pit for s’mores with the kids and the picnic table for dinners on the patio when the temps cooled down. We loved our little stay in Sedona and can definitely see us coming back in the future!

Modern comfort

Updated modern and clean with all the basic necessities. Fun side room for teens. Great layout. Beautiful neighborhood and grounds. Close walk to trails/stores and lots of wild life. Everyone was comfortable. We would stay again.
