    Sedona home with unbeatable Red Rock views, a 7-person hot tub, and a private putting green with the most dramatic backdrop in Arizona. This four-bedroom retreat is built for groups who want adventure by day and total relaxation by night. Self check-in with a smart lock means you can come and go on your own schedule.

    Set in a quiet Sedona neighborhood with easy access to Oak Creek and nearby trails, Sedona Sanctuary is made for families and groups who want both adventure and space to decompress. Four bedrooms across three distinct sleeping zones, a covered patio, and views from the backyard that never quit.

    THE SPACE

    Vaulted ceilings and natural light fill the main living area — open layout with a comfortable sitting room, electric fireplace, dining table for the whole group, and a fully stocked kitchen. Warm, spacious, and designed to feel like a real home, not a rental.

    The backyard is the real draw: a full-size putting green, 7-person hot tub, and gas firepit — with Red Rock views framing the entire scene. The covered patio extends your outdoor living space for al fresco meals, morning coffee, and long evenings under the stars. A gas grill is ready whenever you are.

Great property with plenty of space for guests to be together without bring confined. Close to downtown and hiking, but tucked away in quiet area. Clean, easy check in and out. Would book again.

We had the most amazing time on Doodlebug! The location is perfect, everything Sedona has to offer is a short drive away. The place is so spacious and clean, and was exactly what we needed to host our big group. And a big thank you to John for always being available for questions!

The house was well represented. Good location, the hot tub and fire pit were great! The house had ample space. After just selling our VRBO, we were missing dressers and trash cans in the bedrooms, and a fuller stocked kitchen. We also realized our family always needs a pool! That was our mistake… Over all it was great:)

Perfect location for hiking, small shops/gracery stoor. Back yard space was perfect to relax and have time with friends and family.

Hot tub was great, kitchen was excellent! We’ve rented from VRBO for decades and this was I think the best home we have rented. John was extremely responsive and helpful—wonderful home in a beautiful place!

Beautiful property for a week long family vacation. The house was perfect for all 7 of us, with plenty of space, well stocked kitchen (except maybe a cookie sheet), and relaxing hot tub soaks, especially after a day hike in the beautiful red rock canyons! We walked to Raven's Cave trail right from the home and it was convenient for a short, fun, morning hike. Loved having coffee on the patio as the sun came up over the red rocks! The home is in a great location, being in between downtown Sedona and the great hikes towards Cathedral/Bell rock. John was such a great host and answered any/all my questions/concerns promptly and professionally! Hope to come back and visit Sedona again! Thanks all around!

Amazing Property

The home was beautiful, the location was great & the outdoor jacuzzi & firepit was an amazing add on to the already amazing home. Definitely be staying there again.

We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again. The location was close to downtown and had a great outdoor hangout spot. Our group of 8 loved it!

Great rental! I was there with 4 friends for a big milestone birthday celebration, and the house had everything we wanted. Very comfortable, nice decor, and a stocked kitchen. We also really enjoyed the hot tub after some strenuous hikes! The host was great with communication and very responsive.

The property was very nice and was what It claimedi. We lived the house. Just a few things to note Could have used some instructions on operating firepit and checkout proceedures. Feel written info sent ahead of time with things like that could help maybe in email when secure reservation.There was broken glass in upstairs showerWhere grandkids stayed Hot tub was only used 2 xx as water level drop and the chlorine issue so we did not use further a little disappointing. Kitchen could use more things like a baking sheet and few other things.Overall though the house was great in good location. Loved the vibe and setup. Kids loved the upstairs so much. It was perfect.

We were in Sedona for our son’s wedding. Six adults and two small children and occasionally six additional guest stopping by. The home is VERY SPACIOUS and comfortable with plenty of seating both inside and out. There was never a time that we needed anything not available. The host, John is excellent and very accommodating. The views were amazing and the home was close to the wedding venue and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Lovely girls get away

My friends and I loved our stay at Johns oasis. The great room really is fantastic, lots of kitchen utensils, the patio is amazing, and there’s even a piano. Location is great and the long weekend was made even better by having the property as our home base.

Perfect House

We loved staying here! The house was gorgeous- the photos don’t do it justice. The backyard was perfect as was the location. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Sedona.

The house very clean, the personal amenities provided were a very nice touch. I

The location was nice being centrally located to hiking and food and shopping. We loved the hot tub and the the outdoor fire pit made a great place for coffee in the morning. Plenty of room for the family of 8 we had.

This house was perfect for two families with teens. Everything was perfect and it was by far best stocked Vrbo I’ve stayed in. They thought of everything in case you forgot.

Very spacious lovely home. Great location.

Met up with 4 other friends to celebrate our 70th birthdays. Had a wonderful time. The home was perfect as it was close to restaurants and other local attractions.
