"The staff at the Cassia are amazing! They are so sweet, professional and helpful. Every single person there went above and beyond to ensure we had a good holiday. Everyone were smiling, engaging, helpful and amazing. The room was fine, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great with good options of activities for a family. The breakfast was amazing and again with super staff. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. "

"My husband and I stayed for 3D2N. Customer service was excellent throughout our visit. We were able to check in early, and to our surprise, our room was ready ahead of time. Took the room with pool view, best decision ever as I can also see the sea. The only downside was that the room—particularly the bathroom—could have been a bit cleaner. The pool, however, was large and well-maintained. Breakfast was alright."
