  • Very clean, cute and comfortable. Enjoy two championship public golf courses within 5 minutes of this location. Community pool in Sun n Lakes is open for all. Tennis courts, pickle ball courts are also all open to the public. Don’t like any of these activities then enjoy the lakes, fishing, hiking and outdoors that are within minutes. Shopping, antiquing, or just relaxing at any of the multiple nearby restaurants and local bars Raceway for the Sebring international races is about 15 minutes from this location and is a local favorite activity

Great location, well equipped.

This older property is in a great neighborhood, quiet, friendly, and very close to shopping and dining. Home is well stocked with almost everything we could want for a month-long stay and has brand new kitchen appliances and updated fixtures. Colleen was quick to respond to any questions we had, and check-in was super easy. We were quite comfortable at this property.

Sebring vacation

This was a 2 bed, 1.5 bath, single wide house trailer with an added Lanai. Two new TV's with Direct TV and wifi service. The trailer was located near a Walmart and centrally located to various restaurants. This was in a quiet neighborhood.The hosts were very helpful and accomodating.

Quiet location, close to dining/shopping

Although older property, it's clean and comfortable. Reasonable price considering it was Sebring race week. Perfectly met our needs to visit family a few blocks away. We're recommending this unit to extended family for their visits. Property manager communication was very timely.

Great stay at Sun-N-Fun to enjoy some sun and fun!

A cute little older mobile home. Although disappointed with the large stain on the living room carpet. Loved relaxing in the sunroom. Thanks for coming to our rescue so quickly when I locked ourselves out 😊

Great! More great! Quiet & comfortable. Two separate bedrooms with queens & two bathrooms. Plus sleeper couch in living room. Nice kitchen with eating area in pop out section. Car port coving two cars. Yes, it is a trailer home in a trailer park, but really enjoyed my first stay in a trailer home!!! Thank you. PS: plenty of towels,etc felt like home

Our 5 days in Sebring.

About what we expected. A bit musty in added room. Furniture needs update. Friendly neighborhood. Colleen was very helpful and responded quickly to our needs.

Enjoyable and comfortable

No problems at ALL. Only problem was my fault. Being in FLA I just assumed it would have a pool and it didnt. I should have ask or read it better.

Disappointed

When we arrived the trailer smelled musty, there was evidence of mold. Carpet and furniture was dirty. The first night my husband had to sleep in the living room due to musty smell of the one bedroom. We spent $150 on cleaning supplies and damp rid. We had issues with the air/heating, which was eventually fixed. Also asked for help with the tv which we never understood. The park and neighborhood was fine, and the location.

I am so glad we found this property! It was perfect for our family. This place is so much better than staying at a motel! We will definitely stay here again!! Restaurants and shopping are very close by!
