Our villa is one of four(4) units where the lanai backs right on to the large swimming pool in the villa community. This spacious, private and quiet one-story villa accommodates up to two people. This villa comes fully furnished with washer and dryer within the community. Whatever your business or shopping needs, you’ll find them within minutes of Sun ‘n Lake—from national companies to specialty stores. Vibrant local shops, a large antiques mall, and the upscale Lakeshore Mall and Shelby Crossings satisfy every shopping desire. Thirtheen minutes to Crescent Beach and Within 18 minutes of the Sebring International Raceway; other attractions of the area are Highlight Little Theather, Highland Hammock State Park, Game Time Restaurant Bar, Airboat Wildlife Adventures, Lost Mines Atlantis, Childrem Museum, Big Board Outfitters. Many restaurants. Within One hour of Dysney, Universal Studio and Sea World Attraction parks. Near cities Avon Park, Lake Placid ..

Positives clean quite neighborhood two minutes to the golf course shopping restaurants all close by condo was clean and comfortable enjoyed the screened in porch. Negatives pool was to cold to use no lounge chairs by the pool there’s one table with 3 chairs, the washer and dryer are in the pool house that you share with 7 other condos and there’s a photo in the listing of a tv in the bedroom that’s not there . Almost no hot water in the shower kitchen and bathroom sinks have very hot water shower needs adjusting

Clean and convenient Sebring location

Like the title, the villa is in a great overall location in relation to the Sebring Fl area. Check in process was very easy. Property was very clean and organized. TV service was difficult to figure out at first due to inadequate instructions provided. The TV IS NOT TUNED to normal antenna or cable. The TV utilizes an "IPTV" streaming service which can be difficult to navigate if the renter is not familiar with this type of service. The TV is utilizing an IPTV system which is tricky to navigate and can be difficult if a person is not tech savvy. It needs better instructions for everyone to utilize easily. Washing machine and dryer are provided for the complex however, the washing machine needs maintenance performed in order to use. Overall rating is a 4 for the above issues. Definitely would stay again. renting.

Pool Availability

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Could use a few more bath towels, washcloths and handtowels but we brought some of our own so we were ok. The only problem is that one of the reasons we booked this vrbo was because of the pool. However the pool water was so cold it was not useable. People renting other units were disappointed also. Plus there were no pool chairs to even sit around at the pool. Would rent again if the pool water was heated and there were lounge chairs to use by the pool. Tried to call property manager without success. Plus TV did not work when we arrived and we spent two hours with TV tech support to get it to work.

Nice location for Sebring Races!

Property was nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The location is surrounded by restaurants and stores so it was easy to pick up foods and essentials. The price was good. Would consider again.

Nice property and location.

The property was nice. TV was confusing but lots of channels. Instruction from host were weird about turning water on and off, ignore this it is on. Pool looked really nice. Weather was bad so we didn't get to use it. We had some charges that were wrong before we went but host and VRBO fixed it before we were there. It was a condo setting but nice and quiet. Nice, covered porch for rain and sun. Short travel to nice walking trails where we seen gators and other animals. Air boat rides was about half hour away. All the restaurant options you need up the road.

Overall experience was good. The reason for the 4 Star is that the home is in need of some updates. The TV in the bedroom was a computer monitor, and we could not figure out how to turn it on. There were no chairs around the pool which made it uninviting. We did love; however, our evening walks around the beautiful neighborhood.

Great Once Again

2nd year staying at this property for work. Really nice and quiet neighborhood about 15 minutes from the track. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and a Wawa right down the street. Very comfortable unit. Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was very clean and for the most part had everything we needed. The pool was not heated. The decor in the condo is dated but that’s just my opinion. Overall we would certainly stay here again!
