All rooms and living room are equipped with smart TVs (no cable tv, but unlimited streaming). There is a well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room, beautiful funitured patio, washer/dryer, ping pong table, cornholes, bbq & Kayaks. There is no Dock yet, however Boats/jet skis can be tied off to a post if needed. There is plenty of room to park a 24ft boat in front of the house. This area of the river benefits some of the best local fishing and is ideal for canoeing/kayaking all while being just minutes from downtown Sebastian and The Sebastian Inlet Marina. You're minutes from restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, shopping, etc.
