Brand new listing. Tranquil 2 bedroom waterfront cottage on Sebago Lake with over 200 ft of shoreline. Cottage had a full renovation spring 2023. Open concept, water beautiful views. Find peace and serenity on this large double lot. Carefully appointed near Nason's Beach and only 10 minutes to the adorable Naples downtown. Private dock access for your boat or watercraft. Kayaks and pedal boat come with rental.

NO AFTER HOURS NOISE To respect our neighbors and preserve serenity on the lake, the quiet period is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Please notify us immediately of any stains or damages that happen in the cottage during your stay so we can fix, clean, or repair it promptly.
To minimize the smell from trash and reduce the potential of attracting wildlife(ie. bears) do NOT leave any fish/ lobster remains outside.

The lake house was well setup and very clean…the lake was warm and incredible. The kids tubed and we rented an incredible boat! The dock and walkway could use some railings for easier access. It would gave just made it easier. We were very careful.

We loved our short stay here. The house is beautiful and really well decorated. The picture windows overlooking the lake were the best part. We have 3 kids and preferred staying on this inlet of the lake over the main lake. The water was calm and the kids could kayak and paddle boat easily. We had two families of ducks that would swim nearby. The house had everything we could need to cook our own meals. And we really enjoyed the fire pit and s’mores in the evening.We loved our stay!

Stayed here durring July 4th

The place was great! places to fish and boat around the beach is walking distance if you don’t want to swim from the dock. There’s also a rope swing but the time we went the water was too shallow. Great place and would definitely love to come back!

Peaceful Break

Beautiful, private cottage with exceptional hosts. Lisa was attentive and accommodating to our needs, and very easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate, and very thoughtfully decorated. We brought our boat and were grateful for the private dock...we had a great time fishing, waterskiing and exploring the lake as well as traveling up the Songo River thru the locks. We had a wonderful, wholesome family vacation and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Family time

I brought my kids up to Maine and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the location and especially loved the paddle board and kayaks. We had a great bonding mini vacation and world highly recommend staying here. Thankyou

unique and charming and comfy

very clean, comfy on a protected cove. loaded with nice decor, finishing and towels. can be a bit noisy from the busy road, but not late at night. enjoyed the fire pit and quiet mornings on the dock watching groups of ducks.

Beautiful

This place is a hidden gem. I couldn’t ask for a better place for our family to spend a little getaway. From the kayaks to the fire pit, it was a great place for the kids to explore while still being close to us. Where the dock is, it’s not too deep which was great for the young kids to swim without being scared. The hosts were so welcoming and unbelievable when it came to helping us with anything we needed. We stayed during a heat wave, and unfortunately the house got so hot the first night we thought we would have to go home. They came and installed two ac units the next morning! It made our stay much more bearable, especially having a five month old with us. We couldn’t of asked for a better stay!
