  • Cozy, Modern suite with amazing views situated in a quiet area (10 mins) from the Light Rail in Lynnwood. Unwind in tranquility at Wooded Oasis, a spacious and inviting two-bedroom apartment. Explore nearby attractions like Boeing Future of Flight (5 mi) Edmonds Marina (6 mi) Mukilteo Marina (9 miles) and Alderwood Mall (3.7 mi). Our aim is the provide you with a cosy and comfortable haven during your stay.

    The space
    Welcome to our beautifully decorated suite. Inside, you'll find 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. The beds are very comfortable for a restful night's sleep. We do have a laundry room with a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry for longer stays. On chilly evenings, the gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, perfect for creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

    The suite boasts a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy. Stay connected to, high-speed internet, perfect for remote work or streaming your favorite shows. Watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime Disney & HBO Max.

    For the ultimate relaxation experience, indulge in the luxury of our private hot tub on the deck under the stars. Enjoy the private pool during Summer. We charge a pool heat fee to access the pool.

    Step right out of Wooded Oasis to Meadowdale Park with stunning walking trails (30 mins, walk to Haines Wharf Park) and (40 mins to Meadowdale Beach Park). Meadowdale Beach Park is a 1.25 nature trail down to the beach. There are two parking spots to park in front of the suite.

This was our 1st VRBO experience and it was excellent. Our accommodations were spacious, immaculate and many amenities.A fireplace, hot tub and pool made this stay extra special. Our hostess was a pleasure to deal with.

The basement suite was very clean, spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and lots of spaces to prepare meals and the island was good to eat and play games at. The king sized bed was good, the double bed was a little small for two adults. The hosts were fantastic with communication and let us use their BBQ. The hot tub was lukewarm and the use of the pool was misleading as we were not told of the $40 usage fee per day until the day before we arrived. Overall excellent accommodation and would recommend.

Nice fireplace for the cool evenings and mornings. Just enough space to spread out and not be cramped up like we would in a hotel. Clean and in a safe neighborhood.

The space here is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and in working order. The bed I used was very comfortable. It was nice to arrive at a spotlessly clean and nicely decorated place. I was greeted with a warm freshly baked treat as well! I highly recommend this location.

Great spot, family friendly

We stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the space! Very comfortable beds, everything we might have needed in the kitchen, and convenient location. The host provided great information/instructions and even left a plate of scones when we arrived, which were absolutely fantastic.

The structure (lodging) itself was nice but dated. If you’re a light sleeper the noise from people walking, talking above will keep you awake. The air handler system is extremely loud when it comes on especially if you’re in the secondary bedroom. The mattresses are extremely soft. The walk into the property through the yard is not for anyone with any level of mobility issues. The kitchen was well equipped, the pool looked nice but not open during our stay. Be sure to request parking directly in front of the house, as the residence of the home park in a staggered manor not leaving enough space for renters.

Family Gathering Place
