- This two-story home boasts the most ideal location in U-district Seattle! Just an 8 minutes walk to the University of Washington, and an even shorter walk to Ravenna Park, Target, and other shopping and restaurants! Transportation is so convenient.
- yet the peacefulness of the backyard garden will have you forgetting that you’re right in the middle of it all!
- There is the Saturday Farmer's Market on the University WY just two blocks distance.

The space
This home is around 2000 square of two-stories, including living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, three bedrooms &two and a half bathrooms.
- The first floor has a spacious and bright living room with an Italian style daybed and a comfortable corner sofa. Smart TV, Old record player, high speed WIFI in the living room. The modern and elegant dining room has a dining table for six chairs, and the open and tidy kitchen is complete with all dining ware and utensils(Cookware,Cutlery,Silverware,Plates&bowls,Refrigerator,Dishwasher, Microwave,Coffee maker, Air fry...)There is a half bathroom and washer&dryer on the first floor. You’ll love the warm and open balcony!
- There are three warm and romantic bedrooms on the second floor. There is a memory foam mattress ,an outdoor balcony and a dedicated bathroom in the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. All three bedrooms set up queen size bed with high quality mattresses, linens and comfortable duvet. All of the linens are professionally laundered after every guest.
- We hope you love the home as much as we do!

- Street parking is available and parking permit will be provioded.
- The house has two entrances and is split into 2 separate listings. This listing includes the front yard, main floor, top floor and outdoor patio. This rental does not include the lower level. Guests staying in the lower level have a separate entrance.
- The backyard is a shared area.

- NO PARTY ALLOWED
- Quiet Time: 10pm-8am.
- Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome here! Please note that we strictly do not allow pets on furniture including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please let us know in your booking message that you will be bringing pets. A $50/pet one-time cleaning fee will be assessed which will cover your entire trip. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture/throws resulting in extra cleaning effort will be charged accordingly.

Loved everything about it.

So cute and homey. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Super comfortable beds. Great location near our UDub student who we were visiting. Everything we needed was there at the house and we had a fun night watching movies with our family and our daughter’s roomie.
