The West Seattle Bungalow is a private, modern guesthouse in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to downtown, the airport, and stadium events including the 2026 World Cup. It features a king bed, full kitchen, private yard, and self check in. Ideal for couples, visiting family, or longer stays, it’s a comfortable and private home base for exploring Seattle or hosting out of town guests.

The space
The West Seattle Bungalow is a bright, modern guesthouse designed for comfort, privacy, and longer stays. Located in a calm residential area, it offers a relaxing retreat while still being about a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle and close to Alki Beach, Lincoln Park, and local dining spots.

Inside, the space features a king sized Casper memory foam bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, French press, and Keurig, and a private bathroom with modern finishes and essential toiletries provided. The living area includes a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video for easy evenings at home.

Outside, guests have access to a sunny, fully fenced backyard that is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out. The bungalow works especially well for couples, longer visits, and locals hosting friends or family who want their own space nearby.

Guest access

My husband & I stayed 5 nights recently, to tour Seattle & Mt. Rainer National park. Very cozy & comfortable property!!! In perfect & quiet residential location not far from downtown. Comfy bed, wonderful A/C, good shower. Only used the frig, but full kitchen was there! Pretty good layout. Has private entrance in back. Ran into owner in his yard & had good conversation. We were looking for a property with good a/c & no pets allowed. This is a backyard property & we were a LITTLE disappointed when we arrived back one afternoon, came in the private entrance & the dog came barking towards us (even though he was harmless. ) Owner may consider a gate between yard & VRBO entrance.?? Overall, we had a very nice stay & would stay again & will recommend to friends!! Thanks again for a comfy stay!!

FANASTIC STAY! Parking was great and safe! The place was super clean! Super quiet neighborhood Highly recommend! Also note: the bed was SUPER DUPER COMFY! loved the pillows as well! Wish I knew the brand! Photos of parking in the back! •(Note it is for smaller vehicles) A gravel spot out front for bigger vehicles •(not pictured in this review)Super safe and quiet place and super clean, was “ WOWED” when I walked into the place! :)

A lovely, peaceful spot

These nice accommodations are new and thoughtfully designed and appointed. The neighborhood is easily accessible and pleasant. I highly recommend it for a stay in West Seattle. I was here to attend my grandson’s high school graduation.

Quiet, private getaway place to stay

This bungalow is delightful. With a FULL kitchen, comfy bed, relaxing sofa, and great host. It is clean and well maintained with a private entrance. Don't look at the Google picture of the property! It is outdated. Both the host residence and the bungalow are beautifully restored.

Very nice

The property is close to our son and daughter-in-law's home. We come to Seattle to see the grandkids. This property was quiet, exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. We plan on booking there again for our next trip.

August 7th - 9th

The cottage was adorable and well equipped. We were in a nice quiet location and were able to just relax. Gian was a very cordial host who helped us try to locate another Vrbo due to our flight cancellation. If we return to Seattle, we would definitely look into staying there again.

Perfect getaway

I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs and Gian's getaway is absolutely perfect..so many thoughtful touches ..the bed is super comfy..always a must..full size appliances should you wish to cook...a super quiet and convenient location.. communication with Gian was first rate...will definitely stay there again and again
