Welcome to our serene 2BR, 2BA 3-story townhouse with stunning mountains, bay, and Seattle city skyline views. Sunset vistas from the primary bedroom, private rooftop deck with a fire pit and pellet grill. Two dedicated workspaces, 1GB Internet, AC, washer/dryer, and free dedicated parking. Seamless I90 and I5 highway and city access, plus transit options to stadiums, downtown and SeaTac train nearby.

Rooftop:
Private rooftop on the fourth floor gives you the most stunning views of Olympics, Bay, SODO and Downtown while you enjoy your comfortable seating under 200year old trees in front of the fire pit or enjoy your meal prepped on the pellet grill. The most relaxing evening you can imagine!
Parking: The townhouse has a dedicated parking spot on the back of the townhouse complex in the alley (1 min walk) and free street parking up front if you find a spot available.
