This spacious, open-concept condo offers floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing natural light to flood the space and providing a peaceful view of the quiet neighborhood. Just outside your door, you'll find an amazing neighborhood with trendy shops, delicious restaurants, and everything you need, including Trader Joe’s, Madison Organic Market, and public transportation options (bus and light rail) – all within walking distance. With a walk score of 97, this location is perfect for exploring the best of Seattle.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you'll need to make your favorite meals. Whether you’re cooking at home or grabbing takeout from one of the great spots nearby, you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The condo offers a cozy queen-sized bed, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed, both with comfortable mattresses and luxurious bedding. The modern bathroom includes both a shower and a tub for your relaxation. The living area features a glass bar where you can sit to eat or work, and a window bay perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or tea.

For entertainment, relax and unwind with Netflix on the 50-inch flat-screen TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great condo, parking a bust

The condo was fine. The parking fob we were given did not open the parking garage gate. We waited for someone to leave the garage so we could enter. We notified Vacasa (management group) who replied quickly but never resolved the problem. We were not able to use our car for the entire visit, requiring Uber use and walking. This was not our plan for enjoying Seattle. Requested a discount on the rental since this service was unavailable. Vacasa recognized the request but has not yet notified us of the final decision. It’s been over a week since we’ve been there. Don’t rent this place if you want and/or need parking access.
