The property was perfect for my daughter and I. The beds were super comfortable. It was an extremely clean property and quiet. We had everything we needed there, My only issue was the parking. It is all street parking and a LOT of people park there for the nearby houses. The area felt safe too. The area was recommended to us by someone who lives in Seattle when I asked what area is safe. It is a short drive to the Space Needle area and the Pike Market area. After saying all that. Would I stay there again? Yes without a doubt.

Great location in Ballard. It is a basement apartment under a main house, which I don’t think is noted. The main window in the kitchen has a broken latch so you can’t open it, as well as one of the bedroom lamps, which could be repaired. No other complaints but an instruction manual on how to turn on the oven (I know it’s silly) would’ve been helpful as well because it’s not traditional. Overall: affordable, clean, and spacious!

Great location; awkward interior

Loved the location and the overall cleanliness. But pictures didn’t show it is a basement apartment with little outside light. No comfortable seating; tv is in one bedroom so can only watch from the bed. Awkward!
