    There is ample street parking as well as designated off street parking. Please do not park or block the neighbors driveway/garage.

House was in a safe part of the city and the house was very clean and well maintained. The owner gave amazing instructions from how to get to the place as well check-in/check-out instructions so everything was wonderful when staying. There was surprisingly alot of bed space! Even 2 fold out cots. Kitchen was large and spacious so we didnt have to eat out every night. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Alaska bound

Lots of stairs but that's seems to be all he places in Seattle. The deck was our favorite, the views of the city, seaplanes coming and going and the cute available convenience store called Lyons. Getting around town was easy even tho we were a bit out the area. I highly recommend this place for a stay.

The property was wonderful and so beautifully appointed. You feel like you are staying at a spa hotel! Kitchen was great to cook in and the deck is fantastic! A perfect setting to celebrate such a milestone event!

Our stay here was fantastic. The place is very nice with a great layout for a group of friends. Good location with a nice view, close to all the attractions. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful!

Ash's place was perfect for my husband & me travelling with our married children! We each had our own floor and the house was decorated very cool. We would definitely stay again if we return to Seattle.

Great city retreat

We stayed in this condo for a family trip to seattle to do touristy things. Every member of our group enjoyed themsleves in this home. The sun came out for a perfect sun bathing experience on the rooftop deck the day we arrived. The host, Ash, is really great about getting back to you regqrding anything, which is nice. We will definitely stay here agqin!

A group of 12 of us stayed here comfortably, the house is excellent quality and in a lovely location. Would absolutely recommend this for large families or groups of friends! The rooftop patio was a major highlight with incredible views of the lake and downtown!

Awesome place and location

Our stay in this 4bd/3 BA condo was wonderful! Great location in Queen Anne. Rooftop hangout was so cool. We were up there often. Condo was set up beautifully. Great kitchen. Good supply of pots and pans, dishes, etc. Very comfortable beds. Everything was modern. We would definitely recommend!
