  • Ubicación perfecta! Puntaje de 98 paseos. El barrio más antiguo y más popular de Seattle. East Mercer en 10th Ave East. Apartamento en planta baja a solo cuatro cuadras de la estación de tren ligero de Capitol Hill ($ 3 .50 desde / hacia el aeropuerto), tranvía, los mejores restaurantes, cafeterías y bares y el parque de voluntarios. South Lake Union justo bajando la colina. Fred Hutch, hospitales, Kenmore Air y Space Needle y MoPop en cuestión de minutos. Coche de la calle a la Universidad de Seattle o al Distrito Internacional. ¿Coche? No necesitas uno, pero tengo estacionamiento privado en la calle.

    Precioso 1902 colonial holandés actualizado con una sensación única de estilo loft. Tienes toda la planta baja con patio al aire libre. Perfecto para dos parejas, amigos o familiares hasta cinco. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas nuevas de alta calidad con sus propios baños completos (uno con ducha para dos personas y el otro con ducha / bañera), con inodoros de bajo flujo Euro Duravit. Las camas tienen edredones de plumas de calidad hotelera fabricados localmente, con protectores contra alergias en colchones y almohadas y suaves sábanas de microfibra. Un sofá extra largo en la sala duerme un quinto invitado. Tenemos un Pac-n-play para bebés y niños pequeños.

    La increíble cocina bañada por el sol tiene una estufa de gas de alta gama, un fregadero de la granja, una nevera integrada de acero inoxidable y una enorme isla de roble. Mi esposa es una increíble cocinera entrenada en Francia, por lo que la cocina está bien equipada. La sala de estar tiene 50 "4K UHD TV con todos los servicios de transmisión y una chimenea de gas. La calefacción central y la zona de aire forzado mantienen las temperaturas justo a la temperatura adecuada. Lavadora / secadora en la unidad. Cerraduras codificadas en ambas puertas significan que no hay llaves para recoger o devolver.

    Ideal para estancias de negocios y corporativas, eventos o visitas turísticas, visitar a familiares o conocer la música o la escena deportiva. I would recommend this property to anyone. It was beautiful, clean, and in a fantastic location. So close to great restaurants, shops, and public transportation. Mike, the host, was as great as could be, friendly, responsive, and helpful.

This place was perfect my family of 5. Close to great restaurants and coffee shops. Close to public transport to get to downtown. Location was safe and secluded. Grateful for being able to park onsite. Mike the host was super friendly and knowledgeable with all things Washington. He even let me use his shopvac to clean the rental. Hope to be able to come back. Thanks Mike!

This was a perfect spot for me…. the location (we could walk down to Pike’s Market, and to a great bar with live music (The Triple Door), and to The Nest (another great bar to go to to see the sunset). We did take a Lyft back, but was a short ride.The kitchen was gorgeous (and so well equipped!)!Hosts were very helpful and kindQuiet neighborhood and comfy beds.Off street parking was a plus too.A really great find - highly recommend. Thank you to Kathleen and Mike for a truly lovely place to stay!

This rental was perfect. Great location to Broadway, light rail access, and a quick walk to downtown, monorail, Seattle Center and more. Super quiet, clean and well equipped. This will be my go to place to stay in Seattle if its availble for future visits. Highly recommmend.

Great location, convenient for places to eat, food shopping and transport links. It is a family friendly apartment with off road parking should you need it. The host was great, really friendly and helpful. We feel everything we needed was catered for. Had a great time.

Perfect location - so close to the train and things on Broadway. Any question we had was answered quickly- hosts responded very fast. The fireplace was very cozy and kept the unit so toasty.

The location is great!! You have multiple restaurants,shops,grocery stores within 2 blocks.Mike & Kathleen are amazing hosts, who really go out of their way to make your stay special.The apt is very well laid out, open floor plan.Beds so comfy.Kitchen well stocked. We all loved our stay in Seattle & looking forward to coming back!! So appreciate you letting us stay at your beautiful home❤️

This was our second stay at One Block Off Broadway, and it did not disappoint! The home was more beautiful than we remembered. And Mike had installed central AC, which came in handy on a surprise 80 degree day. The home cooled down very quickly. As usual, Mike and Kathleen were very welcoming and helpful. They have stocked this VRBO with anything you might need (from spices and coffee to walking sticks and a yoga mat). We love being so close to restaurants and the grocery store. This is a very walkable neighborhood, with beautiful homes and landscaping. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This rental was absolutely lovely. The two bedrooms and baths were very comfortable and clean. The place was spacious and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook with. The owners thought of everything for everyone and were easy to contact and ask questions. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Fully Equipped and Beautiful

The unit was easy to find, spotless, and beautiful. It has everything you need, and the kitchen is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee surrounded by all of the windows. The hosts are very informative and kind. I will definitely be looking for this place again if I need to stay in the Seattle area.

Charming place!

We were thrilled with this place. It was quaint & cozy with plenty of space for 4 adults. There were 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. We enjoyed the side patio with late night snacks & drinks. Location was great. The property owners were awesome with communication & recommendations. We loved our stay in Seattle!

Great location and responsive hosts

Great location in Capitol Hill. Walkable neighborhood, only a few blocks to mass transit, great restaurants, nearby grocery. Very attentive and responsive hosts. Great property - lots of natural light, well appointed kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer, comfortable beds. One of our favorite VRBO properties. Highly recommend!

amazing place

We loved this place so so much! My kids did not want to leave. Very private and quiet apartment but so close to great restaurants. Owners were great to communicate with, offering many great suggestions and information. They were always quick to respond to any questions Apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was just beautiful. The apartment had a lot of character, which made it very special.
