  • Spectacular view, luxurious modern house in Queen Anne's historic neighborhood, walking distance to city center and popular attractions (1.2 miles to space needle). This spacious 3 bedroom 2600 sqft house is the perfect retreat for your group. Its convenient proximity to various tourist attractions in the City and major employers in the area (Amazon, Google, Facebook - to name a few) will make this house perfect for leisure and business travelers alike.

    If you are driving in, you can park your car in the other spot in the garage. Our drive way has space to park two more cars.

    On the other hand, with a walk score of 65 and right across the street from Bus Route #1 that can take you to the downtown in minutes, you might not need a car, after all.

    Some Points of Interest conveniently close to the house:
    - Kinnear Park has spectacular views of West Seattle, Magnolia and all the way out into Elliott Bay is 0.4 miles away.
    - Kerry Park is popular with photographers who want to capture the skyline of Seattle and is only 0.7 miles away.
    - Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle Center, Monorail, "Ride the Ducks" are all 1.6 miles away and are accessible by public transport one block from the house.
    - Pike Place Market and the aquarium are about 2.3 miles away.

Wonderful and friendly people to work with. The property is gorgeous with fantastic views. Easy to find. Beautiful, beautiful rooms and we had a fantastic time staying there!

We had a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful and perfectly located in Seattle’s charming Queen Anne neighborhood. Our group of 11 had plenty of space to spread out comfortably. The property itself was great, with stunning views and everything we needed for a wonderful weekend visit before our Alaskan cruise. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, an A experience, we would gladly stay here again.

The host was very understanding with my many questions before my trip. It was my first time booking VRBO and was nervous (especially because I was bringing in 10 people and two were disabled), but they help put my mind at ease. The location was an easy drive to everything, and the area was nice. I really enjoyed the layout and it felt very welcoming and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing, space for everyone

We loved this place. We want to come back and that is where we would like to stay. Lots of lounging areas, space, beds…. And the views, beautiful! Everything we needed was available.

Quiet getaway with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay in the house. We had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. The only negative was that it was a little far from some of the sights but we just used Lyft rides to get around.

Great location

3 coworkers and myself stayed here for seasonal work at Pier 91. House was perfect for us. The house had a little wear and tear but nothing serious. We enjoyed our month at the house and used the deck and grill a few times. We would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway for Thanksgiving

Our children and grandchildren came out to visit us. The place was big enough for all and in a great location to visit the sights of Seattle. Of course it was further away from SeaTac, so required more time when having to travel to/from the airport.

Family Vacay

We stayed in this wonderful property for 3 nights before our Alaskan Cruise in June. It fit our family of 10 comfortably. It had all the comforts of home! Vidya was a wonderful host and answered all my inquiries quickly. I highly recommend!

Fabulous Hosts

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious and lovely home. It was easy to Uber and take public transportation to downtown Seattle. Great home for large groups of friends. Vidya and Ravi are wonderful hosts. They were VERY kind and responsive and provided us with all that we needed for a great stay. Thank you!
