Spectacular view, luxurious modern house in Queen Anne's historic neighborhood, walking distance to city center and popular attractions (1.2 miles to space needle). This spacious 3 bedroom 2600 sqft house is the perfect retreat for your group. Its convenient proximity to various tourist attractions in the City and major employers in the area (Amazon, Google, Facebook - to name a few) will make this house perfect for leisure and business travelers alike.

If you are driving in, you can park your car in the other spot in the garage. Our drive way has space to park two more cars.

On the other hand, with a walk score of 65 and right across the street from Bus Route #1 that can take you to the downtown in minutes, you might not need a car, after all.

Some Points of Interest conveniently close to the house:
- Kinnear Park has spectacular views of West Seattle, Magnolia and all the way out into Elliott Bay is 0.4 miles away.
- Kerry Park is popular with photographers who want to capture the skyline of Seattle and is only 0.7 miles away.
- Space Needle, Museum of Pop Culture, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle Center, Monorail, "Ride the Ducks" are all 1.6 miles away and are accessible by public transport one block from the house.
- Pike Place Market and the aquarium are about 2.3 miles away.

For the safety of our guests, we have video surveillance cameras which will record short snippets when motion is detected. Five cameras are located at the Front door, Deck, Inside the garage, outside the garage, and at the back door. Tampering, blocking or disabling surveillance or disconnecting wifi/internet connection is against the house rules and may result in cancellation of reservation and $750 fine.

Check-in OK. Disappointed with kitchen facilities: couldn't find any salt and pepper shakers; couldn't find facial tissues; only found a couple of washcloths - not 15. You'd think since the advertisement was that it sleeps 15 that there would be towels and washcloths for 15.

Quiet getaway with a great view!

We enjoyed our stay in the house. We had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. The only negative was that it was a little far from some of the sights but we just used Lyft rides to get around.

Modern. Comfortable. Relaxing.

I spent a week at this newly renovated property and it exceeded my expectations! Everything was modern and state of the art...From the new kitchen appliances, to the huge TV and audio system, I had everything I needed to be comfortable and relaxed. The bathrooms were great, with rain-style shower heads and plenty of real, fluffy towels. As it was just me staying here, there was an entire second bedroom that went unused. The laundry area was great as well. A snow-storm hit while I was there, and the owner stayed in contact with me regarding parking procedures and ensured that the stairs were safe and the path to my vehicle was cleared. I would highly recommend this property, and will rent it again on my next trip to Central Maine.

Great getaway for Thanksgiving

Our children and grandchildren came out to visit us. The place was big enough for all and in a great location to visit the sights of Seattle. Of course it was further away from SeaTac, so required more time when having to travel to/from the airport.

Pre cruise Seattle

8 family members stayed at this property, plenty of sleeping options only 3 actual bedrooms. The duration of our stay was approximately 15 hours so didn't used kitchen facilities or explore the area too much. Great breakfast place within walking distance. Took Link from airport to Westlake and then ride share to house. House is behind large trees and bushes so is difficult to find at night

Great urban locale

Elder wise women cultural outing weekend. Home was great for our group, we each had a bed, the garage is a wonderful plus, and all on the bus line into downtown, Seattle Center, Arena. So easy to not have to park downtown for an event!!

Nice home, accommodating owner, beautiful view. There were cobwebs and dust and the dining room table cloth was dirty. Lots of ice in freezer! First impression of the outside was unkept.
