📝 Things to note - The pool will be closed during the winter season (Nov 1 – May 1). However, you’re warmly welcome to enjoy the hot tub year-round — perfect for chilly Seattle evenings! - $40/per day to add on pool heating, which is ONLY available for stays longer than 7 days and will need to cover the whole duration of your stay. Please be noted that it would take 24-48 hrs for the pool to heat up. - Potential noise: Due to its proximity to SeaTac, the house is under a flight path, which can result in considerable noise outside the buildings. However, it tends to quiet down after 10pm. To enhance your comfort, we’ve upgraded the windows to reduce noise and provide earplugs for sensitive guests. - Another kind reminder is that we are not providing *propane tanks* , so you will need to get those at your own expense if you plan to use the grill.
💳 Fees & Pricing - We use dynamic pricing, and rates may change daily. We are unable to honor previous day pricing. - The regular rate includes up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $10 per person, per night, with a maximum of 16 guests total. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. - Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings, so we recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

2.🤫【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】 We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.🚫🚬【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.🚫🐈🐕【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 🚫👞【NO SHOES 】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.⚠️【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.💼【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.
8.✈️【Late check-out】 We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams. Additional fee might apply.
9.🚮【Dispose trash in the right bins】 Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
10. 📮【Lost & Found】 Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing personal belongings left by the guests on the property. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee along with the actual shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11. 🏊♀️ 【 Pool Use & Waiver Policy】 Pool will be closed from the winter season (Nov 1st - May 1st ). To make your stay even more enjoyable, we offer exclusive access to a private pool. While we welcome you to relax and have fun, please be aware that use of the pool is at your own risk. The reservation holder is responsible for ensuring that every guest in the group reviews and signs the pool waiver before using the pool. ⚠️ Important Reminders: - No entry to the pool area is allowed without a signed waiver. - Minors are not allowed in the pool without direct adult supervision. - The reservation holder will be held liable for any incidents that occur if guests use the pool without submitting a signed waiver. 12. 📆【Long-stay Bookings】 Note: For stays of 14 nights or longer, we require a security deposit equivalent to twice the cleaning fee. For Airbnb bookings, this will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center. For VRBO bookings, the deposit will be collected using the card we have on file. If no deep cleaning is required upon checkout, the deposit will be fully refundable.
13.📹 【Exterior Security Cameras】 Exterior security cameras are installed at the property for safety purposes only. There are multiple cameras around the building and pool area. There is no cameras inside the home.
