Enjoy home away from home in lovely Bryant neighborhood. One block from Met Market, Burke Gilman Trail & bus lines. Half a mile from Children's Hosp. Entire unit was recently remodeled. Large kitchen with the supplies to cook most any meal. Large bedroom with Lux mattress and 43 in. HD TV. Super clean with LVP throughout, quartz counters. Full size laundry room. Large sectional with queen size hide a bed & 65 in. HD TV. Dining room table seats 4 comfortably or large area to work at.

This is my second time here, and I still love this VRBO. It is very clean and is supplied with well thought out amenities. It has a comfortable bed with soft linens. The laundry room is spacious with a sink, large capacity washer/dryer, and detergent. Sandra is very thoughtful in how she zip ties cleaned blankets and bedding, so we know it’s been cleaned and ready for us to use. She also leaves a nice basket of treats and coffee pods with condiments. She has a binder organized with highlights of the areas, including restaurants and bakeries to try. It’s a really cute place to stay, enjoy the neighborhood and Seattle.

Great host and property! Host on site, quick to respond to any questions. Grocery and coffee 1 block away. Washer and dryer in unit along with detergent, snacks and streaming service. Highly recommend!

The apt is very cute, clean, and comfortable. The hostess Sandra even added some extra thoughtful touches by supplying a basket of snacks, popcorn, keurig coffee maker/pods/coffeemate, and other appliances. I really liked how she had zip tied totes with cleaned pillows and blankets, which made me feel safe to use it knowing they are fresh/clean. Bathroom was very clean with ample fluffy white towels. The washer/dryer was a large capacity model in a nice large laundry room with a sink. She also provided a binder with information of nearby cafes and restaurants which was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Street parking was always available in front. We enjoyed several of the local corner restaurants in the neighborhood. The University Village close by also had many restaurants and stores to explore. All to say, I would definitely return to stay here again in the future.

Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and the Burke-Gilman Trail. We chose this location for its proximity to Seattle Children's Hospital, and it was excellent in that regard. The apartment is impeccably clean and nicely appointed with all the modern amenities. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The only knock on the apartment is that it is not accessible for those with mobility concerns. Beyond that, it's top notch.

Great lil place, great location!

Perfectly located for all we needed in and around Seattle. Great space for a couple or small family. Kitchen stocked well for cooking in if you like and convenient to eating out. Hosts are very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Noisier than expected

This is a very clean and well stocked apartment in a convenient and upscale neighborhood near children’s hospital and U of W. However if you’re looking for a tranquil, restful place for your evenings, this might not be for you. The hosts’ presence will be noticed.

This place was awesome. Clean, lots of room, cute neighborhood, quiet, close to UW….just great all around. Everything was well cared for and in good shape. It was helpful to have laundry and a kitchen options. We’d happily stay here again and hope it is always available when we visit.

Gem of a property

We traveled to Seattle to see our daughter for the weekend and had the great fortune to stay here. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice places to walk to, pleantly of parking and bunnies raining outside to greet you. The apartment itself was beautiful well stocked and comfortable. Everything was done with care and decorated beautifully. It is hard to post such a nice review because I'm afraid it will be booked next time we want to visit. Thank you for a great for us to stay.

Seattle Stay

The apartment and neighborhood were beautiful! Close to the Burke-Gilman trail for easy access to U Village and nearby restaurants or a quick run outside. Close to grocery store. The neighborhood is quiet. Loved our stay!
