"This is a motel. There are no elevators. I am a senior citizen with mobility challenges and heavy luggage. I was booked on the 3rd floor. "We stayed in a King room for a night after a cruise. It was available when we arrived, which was really nice. The room was small, but comfortable. We had a minor issue with the toilet that was fixed right away. Staff members were very nice and helpful. We were able to walk to the Space Needle."

"Hotel Sorrento was a wonderful place to stay. This historic hotel is full of charm and has been beautifully maintained. The staff was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, and Stella Restaurant, especially its beautiful outdoor patio, was fabulous.
One of my favorite little touches was the tradition of changing the carpet in the elevator each day to display the current day of the week. It was such a unique and thoughtful detail that added to the hotel's character.
We thoroughly enjoyed...

"Breakfast was abysmal. The coffee was hideous! Smokers were outside at all hours, all over the property. Parking was iffy because the setup was weird. The sheets on the bed didn't fit and never stayed on, and that was the tiniest queen bed I've ever seen in my life!!! The tub had been "repaired" incorrectly, so there were lumps all over, and the shower curtain didn't have a liner!!"
