    Located within a purposefully designed building with laundry and kitchen. Situated within a short distance to downtown Seattle and all the great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and activities!

    This unit is located on a second floor via staircase.
    There is no elevator in the building. Units are accesible via staircase only.

great clean space in a convenient part of town! vincent was a great host (: there is a holding fee that i didn’t see listed in the actual listing that caught me off guard. overall great stay and good space.

Didn't fully realize it was a shared property, essentially a hotel. I thought it was one whole apartment. But other than that. It was really nice. Easy to get in. Clean and worth it.

This place is a scam. We couldn't get into our room with the code they gave us, the door me hanisms were super cheesy and seemed fake. and this company is running this place with an ai bot, there were no humans available to speak with. It's also not apartments at all, it's photos are deceitful, it's actually a dorm type stay w shared bathroom and kitchen and living room, the only space that is private is the bedroom, if you can get into it.

Great location with easy parking

We were staying in Seattle just one night for a concert at T-Mobile park. Great place if you mostly need a bed & a bathroom. We didn’t have a chance to use the common room areas but they were clean & beautifully furnished! There was a Nescafé in the room so no need to run out for coffee. Overall a 5 star stay🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

Host will request additional fees outside VRBO

I highly recommend avoiding this listing and the others at this property. The host sent multiple emails requesting additional fees outside of VRBO. The first fee was an additional cleaning fee outside of what was already paid when initially booking the listing. A second maintenance fee was then requested before the host would release vital housing information just outside a week of when I was supposed to arrive. I contacted VRBO customer support who stated the the host, Vince, could withhold check-in information if I did not pay these additional fees, even though the fees were not within VRBOs policies. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere to avoid the annoying emails from Vince continually asking for more money.
