  • Completely renovated with high-end finishes, this condo is in a four-unit mid-century nestled on the south slope of Queen Anne, one of Seattle’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods. Known for its gorgeous homes and iconic views at nearby Kerry Park, Queen Anne boasts two lively and unique districts for shopping and entertainment and both are easily accessible from the condo:

    Upper Queen Anne's shopping center is lined with trendy shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, a pharmacy, several banks, and grocers including Trader Joe’s, B&E Meats & Seafood, and a Farmers’ Market late May to October.

    Uptown (also known as Lower Queen Anne) has cafes, restaurants and pubs plus the Metropolitan Market.

    Uptown is home to the Seattle Center which has some of the City's most well-known attractions and venues including the Space Needle, McCaw Hall (Seattle Opera and Pacific Northwest Ballet), Bagley Wright Theater (Seattle Rep), Climate Pledge Arena, Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP), Cinema Uptown (venue for Seattle’s International Film Festival), Pacific Science Center, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and the Monorail (for a quick hop to the heart of downtown and Pike Place Market).

    Ideally situated–close but not too close to the Seattle Center and Downtown–the condo is near enough to be convenient but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the City.

    Whether you’re in town for business, visiting family and friends, daytripping around Seattle, or venturing further afield to some of the wonders of the Pacific Northwest this property makes a great home base.

    The condo has lightning-fast Wi-Fi with its own dedicated signal; premium cable package with ESPN and Netflix for the 55" Sony HDTV in the living room and the 47" TVs in each bedroom.

    The condo features high-end appliances in the kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, and a balcony with adirondack chairs and Weber grill. Radiant central heating and air conditioning provide year-round comfort. The condo also comes with one dedicated parking space.

    Owner lives in a separate condo on the property and is available to assist as needed.

Absolutely fabulous. Fantastic location, comfortable beds, excellent deck and beautiful landscaping. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, pillows, toilet paper, etc.

We came to visit our granddaughter in Seattle, we always stay at John’s property if we can.It is very nice he always provide a bottle of wine and bagels when we arrive, especially it helps when you arrive late in the night, and next day you have bagel and coffee for your breakfast!

We love this condo and it was wonderful to return. The place is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to the Seattle Center, shops, and views. The place was amazing and well appointed. Plenty of linens and the beds were really comfy! The kitchen is amazing, with anything you could possibly need to create whatever meal you would like. The owner was very kind and allowed part of my group to enter the home early the day we were to arrive. This allowed my brother-in-law to not only drop off groceries, but he also surprise us with a little decorated tree and other festive touches. It really made for a wonderful holiday!

Very clean, appreciated the ample towel supply, kitchen small but very well done (and clean dishes, no teflon, etc.). Good location for City adventures. Quiet, beautiful grounds, private parking spot. There are stairs to unit get into unit 3. Friendly host and neighbors.

This is a fantastic place with all new amenities, great ambiance and a welcoming area. Queen Anne area is a nice quiet spot away from downtown hustle and bustle, having guaranteed parking is fantastic! Easy commute anywhere around the area. Nice welcome board, comfortable beds with everything you need. We particularly enjoyed the deck for evening cocktails/wine and enjoying Seattle summertime. Will definitely stay here again when we return! A great value!

Fantastic location!

Lovely and comfortable property that is an easy walk to dining and activities. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen. We didn’t use our rental car often, but greatly appreciated the reserved parking space. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay in Seattle. The location was excellent, since we have friends who live on Queen Anne North. The cute condo was very clean and had all the necessities for a very comfortable stay. We will definitely book this place again for our next visit.

Great quiet location. Love that we had our own parking spot and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking food that we purchased at Pike Place. Short, safe walk (uphill 2 blocks) to Kerry Park for spectacular views of the city!
