Our home offers plenty of free street parking on a quiet residential street, with nearby areas perfect for walking and exploring, including beautiful parks. For your comfort, we’ve added portable AC units to keep things cool on warmer days. You’ll also be close to some of Seattle’s top attractions, like Alki Beach, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and the Seattle Aquarium. Sports fans can enjoy quick access to Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park, with plenty of exciting things to do nearby.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials like coffee, cooking oil, salt, and pepper, along with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and all the utensils you’ll need. Whether you’re preparing a meal or just making a cup of coffee, we’ve got you covered.

We enjoyed or stay for several days. It was pretty easy to drive to downtown Seattle and we found West Seattle had many good places to eat and access to the beach. We suggested some small ways the host could raise the quality of the house with minimal expense. Overall, it worked well for us and with a few small enhancements would deserve a five star rating.

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for 5, loved the fact everyone had their own bathroom. Comfy beds, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to downtown Seattle, & loved sitting on the deck each morning watching the planes take off. Street parking wasn’t a big deal. Overall we would recommend Jacob’s place & look forward to visiting again!!

We did find the beds a bit roll poly (needed a saddle to stay on) but everything else was awesome, thank you. Place may need a deep cleaning (grimy corners let down the rest of the cleaning quality.)

Nice location but needs a good cleaning

We had issues getting in but the host got back to me within 30 minutes with a new code. The furniture is quite old which I sort of saw in the images. A deep cleaning and mold removal is desperately needed. One of the bathrooms had mold on the ceiling and one of the others was covered in cob webs. Overall nice place but some maintance is desperately needed. Also, only 2 rooms had portable a/c units.

Comfortable, spacious, and well equipped

We used this space for a retreat for our nonprofit. 3 people stayed from out of town, and all 6 of us gathered in the living room. It worked great. The property was clean, spacious, well appointed, comfortable furnishings (our 3 out of towners all slept well in separate bedrooms) and an excellent base to explore West Seattle, or meet if you live there, as I do. The pictures gave a good and accurate portrait.Jacob was very responsive in communications. Highly recommended

As promised

Our family had a great stay and everything went smoothly. The property was as promised and we had no problems. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked and nicely appointed. We contacted the owners a couple of times with questions and they were very helpful and responsive.

Amazing location

Our stay at this house is a 100% recommendation. We had trouble getting the keypad to work checking in at 12AM midnight and the host still answered us and fixed the keypad right away despite it being so late. Communication was a 10. The house is clean just as I expected from the pictures. I lvled the fact that we were only 10 minutes away from Pikes Place and the ferry terminals. Definetly staying here again!
