Beautifully renovated with ocean and mountain views, this upstairs deluxe unit includes floors 2 and 3 (downstairs unit is occupied) with spiral staircase leading to honeymoon suite on 3rd floor. The King master upstairs has an ocean view from the bed, jacuzzi tub, and frosted doors for privacy. Downstairs you will find the Queen bedroom and 3rd bedroom has a double bunk plus a twin bed. Full bathroom on this level, plus washer/dryer, fully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar. The living room has a fireplace (presto logs only), dining area, sliders to the deck with ocean views. Basic cable TV with DVD/VCR combo in living room as well. NOW, WITH FREE WI-FI! No pets or smoking. Parking for 3 cars maximum. NO RV’s or trailers allowed. Just four homes off the Promenade and 6 short blocks to Broadway/Downtown, this fabulous unit is ready to enjoy.

We noticed after a couple days that there was a flea issue at first we just saw one or two jump on the beds downstairs with the twins but kept noticing more towards the end of our stay not sure if the people before us had animals but I would definitely go through

Great location

The house is very conveniently located. It is also stocked very well. I would stay again. The only thing that I would warn about is the spiral staircase and the ledge around the queen bed on the main floor. I’ve got a bloody shin to show for it.

Great location

Though we were not right on the beach, it was close enough, and from certain parts of the home you could see the ocean. The only downer was there is a big jacuzzi tub upstairs that was in dire need of a good jet cleaning. We didn't use it. Other than that, the rest of the home was very clean. We may try to stay there again If we travel to seaside in the future.

The house was great and very clean. We did have issues with light. The lights in the kitchen were too low. Also sitting at the dinning room table we had trouble seeing. The light bulbs looked very different than I have ever seen. But someone needs to get brighter lights. Also there seemed to be a little mold in the downstairs bathtub. Not sure if it was mold but very dark. But the house was great, location great. We really enjoyed the week

It was a great location easy and close to walk to lots of places including the main part of seaside. The house is attached to a permanent residence and I wouldn't have booked it if that was in the description the neighbor was fine but I definitely felt like we all had to be more careful of our walking and noise level. On the second day we discovered ants in the kitchen the management team respond after I called 2 times we noticed them in the living room and as our trip progressed we noticed them in the living room and the upstairs/main bathroom and bedroom. There is also only 1 TV (small) in the living room so you are gonna have to definitely gonna have to bring other things to entertain your kids or yourself.. the neighborhood was great and quiet too. We enjoyed our experience and would rent with the management team again but we wouldn't rent the property again

Seaside Getaway

Lovely home right by the beach in Seaside! Great location and home base for our group as we traveled to many locations within the area. Overall, a very lovely stay for the weekend. A few small hiccups from our experience. Garbage bins were absolutely full when we arrived, and there is instruction (in the binder) to take out all garbage upon departure. We couldn't do. We were advised to leave the garbage bags by the front door for pick-up, after being asked to wait until the garbage pick-up happened to then take out the trash. We wouldn't have noticed this if we didn't have a curious toddler opening drawers, but there was one drawer with opened and empty candy wrappers. Probably missed in the cleaning process of the space.
