The minimum age requirement for booking this unit is 25. Only individuals aged 25 or above can make a reservation, and the individual must be present for the entire stay. Valid identification may be required upon check-in. Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Check-In Policy:
Check-ins are available until 9 PM. If you plan to arrive after this time, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. This is to ensure a smooth check-in process and to avoid disturbing guests in the neighboring unit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

Pet Policy:
Pets, including service dogs, are welcome only with prior approval before booking. Approval is necessary as the backyard is a shared space with other guests, some of whom may not be comfortable sharing the area with animals. If approved, we kindly ask that your pet is well-behaved, clean, and does not cause damage to the property or disturb other guests. Please note that additional fees or a security deposit may apply to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone during their stay.

This unit does not include access to our driveway parking; guests are requested to utilize street parking. This measure is in place to ensure a smooth and unobstructed experience for both units within the property, preventing potential inconveniences such as being blocked in by the upstairs unit. We kindly ask guests who book this unit to refrain from parking in the driveway and instead utilize available street parking, specifically within designated white-painted areas.

During periods when both units within the residence are occupied, we kindly advise guests that the backyard area will be shared. Your understanding of this arrangement is greatly appreciated.

Quiet Hours: We kindly ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. During this time, please refrain from creating any loud noise or disturbance. Any disturbance resulting in a visit by the police will result in immediate eviction without any refund.

In the event of noise complaints pertaining to your accommodation during your stay, whether originating from within the premises, neighbors, or external sources, you will be issued a formal warning by the host. Persistent receipt of such complaints shall constitute a breach of the established house rules, thereby warranting grounds for immediate eviction.

Reservation Termination: Please be aware that any excessive loud parties or the presence of multiple unregistered renters will lead to immediate termination of the reservation. In such cases, the complete reservation amount, including the security deposit, will be forfeited.

Ensuring adherence to check-out procedures is essential for our cleaning staff to effectively prepare the unit for the arrival of subsequent guests. Consequently, a late check-out fee is imposed to reinforce compliance with these regulations. The designated check-out time for this unit is 11 am, and any extension beyond this timeframe contravenes our established house rules. A fee of $25 will be applied for every 15-minute interval beyond the designated check-out time. For instance, departing between 11:15 am and 11:30 am will result in a $25 late check-out fee, while departing between 11:31 am and 11:45 am will incur a $50 fee, and departing between 11:46 am and 12:00 pm will incur a $75 fee, and so forth.

6 seaside heights beach badges are included with the rental of this unit. Guests are required to properly use and return all badges to their original placement inside the unit before checking out. Any lost beach badges during the stay will incur a replacement fee of $75 per badge.

A propane tank may be on-site if left by a previous guest, but it’s not guaranteed as guests may also take it with them. If available, it will be empty and must be refilled at your own cost.
