Host was very friendly and accommodating. No issue with the house and it was a beautiful new property. Very close walking distance to everything in Seaside. Really enjoyed my stay here with some friends. Would love to stay here again.

Modern, spacious, bright and beautifully equiped

We had an enjoyable atay. All the support stores, groceries,etc., are just a short walk away. I will definitely book with Eric again.

Upon arrival, we quickly realized (by the dirt on our feet) that the floors were not cleaned. We also realized the sheets hadn’t been washed (sand and flaky skin). TO THE HOST’S CREDIT, he quickly had the house properly cleaned and the sheets changed. He also offered a gift card for dinner. I would suggest bringing a streaming box to connect to the TV as all apps are locked down and the language is set to Spanish. There’s construction going on that was a bit frustrating. Jackhammering throughout the day was not pleasant. Of course that’s not the host’s fault. The location was very good!

Very clean, modern, and spacious. The 4 bedroom/4 bedroom is definitely the way to go if you have more than two children you are traveling with. Allows for more privacy and comfortable downtime that most hotels don’t. Property manager was very responsive too, even after hours.
