Located at the heart of Seaside Heights. Close to the beach, boardwalk and Pierside Amusement Center & Water Park. This unit (unit #3) is newly constructed and is now available.

** Beach Badges **
Don’t waste time and money waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges are included for your convenience and enjoyment. Children 11 and under are free.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

*** Added Entertainment
Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports, Showtime & Stars) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix account.

*** Outdoor Space
Outdoor Rear Deck Space is shared (2nd Floor) with picnics tables. Please clean up after using the outdoor space.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly constructed apartment complete with central air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access. A new random code for unit access will be generated at every new guest check-in .

***Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with one parking permit tag good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.

I was so happy to find this perfect apartment. There are very few quality accommodations to be had in Seaside Heights, but this one is a gem. Great location close to the beach and boardwalk. FYI just a block from Marucca’s restaurant which has the best pizza on the boardwalk in the humble opinion of this Jersey girl. Everything was as pictured and described. The free washer and dryer are a real bonus. Highly recommended you choose this place.

Thank you for hosting us. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was great. The unit was very clean and provided all amenities including little things like dish and laundry detergent, towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash, sheets etc, basically they provide all the necessities. We will definitely be back, next time for the entire week. Much appreciation thank you.

Great stay

This rental was perfect - we were in town for a softball tournament and wanted to stay near the beach. This apt was right near the action - easy walk to the beach and all the boardwalk activities. Apt was well appointed and clean! We hope to visit again!

Perfect Stay

This place was in a perfect location and was just as beautiful as the photos represent. Walkable distance anywhere in seaside and only 30 minutes away from Point Pleasant if you need a change of scenery. Clean and updated with modern amenities. Hosts were great with communication and made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Looking forward to booking this place again in the future!

Great Apartment & Location

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Everything is very modern, clean and relaxing. Had everything we needed. We did cook some dinners and lunches and the full-size kitchen is perfect for that as well as the full size refrigerator. Although everything is provided as mentioned in the listing since we were two teenage girls, and a mom, we did need extra bath towels. Owners provide towels but we prefer using multiple towels and bath sheets so that’s just a personal preference. The beach and the boardwalk are only one block up. The water park is two blocks over. Everything is centrally located and walkable. I feel very safe in this condo complex as they have multiple security doors and motion lights. Having beach badges provided already was a big plus as was the parking. We had a fantastic time. Highly recommend the apartment.

Easy Breezy Check In, Very Clean, Just as Pictured

Easy walk to the beach, beach passes were provided and a parking permit. If you have more than one car, there are several lots adjacent to the property that charge $7-20 for “all day parking”. We were about to negotiate $50 flat to leave one car there all weekend.

Nice property close to Broadwalk

We had a great time at the property as it was nice clean and cozy with a deck you can hang out at. The property is close to the ocean and broadwalk. Host was keeping us updated. Check out of 11am really helped us with teens travelling with us.
